Hollywood Heart Attack A Potentially Deadly Myth

It is often said that a very important matter is "serious as a heart attack." This is rather ironic, since many Americans don't take heart attacks seriously enough by knowing the warning signs or how to respond. About 1.2 million Americans a year suffer a heart attack and more than 40 percent of them die. Nearly half of all heart attack deaths occur before the person reaches the hospital. Many lives could be saved if victims received clot dissolving drugs and other artery opening treatments within one hour of symptom onset. Shockingly, most heart attack victims wait two or more hours after symptom onset before seeking medical help because they don't recognize the true warning signs expecting a heart attack to be sudden and intense, like a so called Hollywood Heart Attack, where a person clutches his or her chest and falls over as often seen in the movies and television and don't realize the importance of calling 911. Here's why every second counts: The heart is a muscular organ that works 24 hours a day, pumping blood with oxygen and other nutrients to the body. Blood is supplied to the heart through coronary arteries. A heart attack occurs when the supply of blood to an area of the heart muscle is blocked, usually by a clot in the coronary artery. The longer an artery is blocked and the blood supply is cut off, the more heart muscle will die and be replaced by scar tissue. Depending on the extent of heart muscle damage, a heart attack can be deadly or disabling. Treatment Treatments for a heart attack work to open the blocked artery to restore blood flow as quickly as possible to prevent or limit heart muscle damage and to lessen the chance of a repeat attack. To be most effective, heart attack treatments should be given as soon as possible within one hour of symptom onset. Medications include: • Fibrinolytic, or "clot dissolving," therapy: prevents or limits heart muscle damage by dissolving artery blocking clots. • Aspirin: acts to thin the blood and lessen the size of the blood clot during a heart attack. • Nitrates (including nitroglycerin): relax blood vessels and stop chest pain. • Beta blockers: reduce nerve impulses to the heart and blood vessels, making the heart beat more slowly and with less force. Doctors may also perform a special procedure either during a heart attack or afterwards to improve blood flow to the heart muscle when coronary arteries are narrowed or blocked. These procedures include coronary angioplasty and coronary artery bypass surgery. Act in Time to Heart Attack Signs, a public education campaign of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, is being revitalized this year through the sponsorship of PDL BioPharma, Inc. The goals of the campaign are to educate Americans about the warning signs of a heart attack and to urge them to call 911 immediately.

    Italian Cuisine More Than Pasta

Go to any family restaurant with Italian dining in mind and you are likely to order chicken parmesan, pasta alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, or maybe a pizza. It is easy to think that some pasta, some marinara sauce, a crust of Italian bread and a glass of wine is the beginning and end of Italian cuisine, especially if you grew up in the United States. There is much more than red sauce and starch on the agenda for most Italian regional cuisines, and with all of the various regions and cultures in the boot on the ocean, Italian regional cuisines have as much range as your average New York City block. There is the tourist region of Tuscany, on the northwestern coast of Italy. Tuscany is sought out for its simple but delicious dishes, seasoned sparingly with basil, parsley, and thyme. Tuscan bread and a little bit of olive oil is a big part of the seafood dishes of the Tuscan region. Abruzzo, a little known treasure in the middle eastern section of the boot mixes chili peppers into almost all of their dishes. Like many other regions in Italy, there is a mixture of mountain and seafood dishes. Pasta is very often a first course, instead of a part of a stew or entrйe. Most of the chefs in the Abruzzo region are skilled at hand rolling their own stuffed pastas, and crepes are used in meat dishes, rolled in savory sauces or put in to broths. Polenta is enjoyed with hearty sausages and rich, meaty sauces. Sardinia, an island off of the western coast of Italy is home to a rich fishing tradition as well as a beautiful mountainous inland landscape. This, in addition to a rich heritage of not only Italians, but also Arabs, French, Greeks, and Spaniards, has made the island home to a diverse culture of seafood and meat dishes spiced with fennel and saffron. Stews and rich, hearty pastas make up a large part of the local cuisine in Sardinia, as well as sheep milk’s cheese. Emilia Romagna is perhaps the most sought out region of Italy in terms of local cuisine. It is often called the market basket of Italy. Located in northern Italy, Emilia Romagna is home to many of Italy’s most renowned dishes, like Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano, and balsamic vinegar. Chefs in the Emilia Romagna region have a penchant for gregarious presentation and rich spices. Much like the American idea of Chinese food, the American idea of Italian food is only the tip of the iceberg. Italian regional cuisine is marked by the country’s locality to northern Africa and other Mediterranean countries, as well as a diverse local landscape, ranging from mountains to oceans. Sheppards, shopkeepers, farmers, and fisherman all contribute to one of the most diverse cultural cuisines in the world. Next time you are in the mood for Italian food, try something a little bit different than your usual spaghetti and meatballs, maybe a saffron seafood stew or a polenta. Rest assured, you won’t think of the words “Italian cuisine” the same again.

Crying It Out Things You Really Need To Know

Remember the scene in the movie "Lonesome Dove" after Gus (played by Richard Duval) saved Laurie (played by Diane Lane), who had been abducted and assaulted. Since her rescue she had been unable to speak, and they were camping on the way to join their friends on a cattle drive to Montana. They particularly enjoyed playing the game of poker together so he set up a table and cards for them to play. The beautiful memories of pleasant times brought tears in her eyes. He hugged her close in his arms and gently told her to let them flow, to cry it all out; saying something to the effect that what happened was in the past and that was the way to keep it in the past so it wouldn't follow her the rest of her life. Truly those were wise words coming from a medium of entertainment. Just imagine what would happen if parents did that when their children starts to cry. Sure, no one likes to see their children in pain, and crying is a sign of extreme distress. However if they are not at the present time either injured physically or extremely uncomfortable due to external conditions such as cold and heat, or even very hungry, then maybe they just need to shed a few tears. Whatever the reason may have been to upset them is in the past; perhaps the tears are just a way of helping every person insure that the bad incident fades into distant memory. For a number of us have experienced how beneficial crying can be. No matter how you try and resist the tears, but when they flow there’s relief, and what’s more a cleared head and new perspectives. In the same way, when young children are in someone’s loving arms when the tears flow, and at the same time are told that the bad feelings will pass, they will surely experience the same kind of relief. Of course, this isn’t to say that is would be a great idea for kids to be encouraged to demand attention at any whim or to cry persistently. Parents at all times should use their judgment about where and when it’s a good idea to pause whatever they might be doing and give a child a big hug and let them know that its okay to cry. Or else, if you have something pressing to do, you can even say I've only got five minutes, but I’m all yours for that time, and maybe we can chat about it soon after. For sure, this pertains to families where children and adults are basically normal people. For children who have either behavioral problems and act out often and extremely, you may want to consider calling a professional in some aspect of psychology or a pediatrician.

    The Dreadful Migraine

A migraine is a throbbing or pulsating headache that is often one sided (unilateral) and associated with nausea; vomiting; sensitivity to light, sound, smells; sleep disruption, and depression. Attacks are often recurrent and tend to become less severe as the migraine sufferer ages. Types Migraines are classified according to the symptoms they produce. The two most common types are migraine with aura and migraine without aura. Less common types include the following: Basilar artery migraine, Carotidynia, Headache free migraine, Ophthalmoplegic migraine, Status migraine. Some women experience migraine headaches just prior to or during menstruation. These headaches, which are called menstrual migraines, may be related to hormonal changes and often do not occur during pregnancy. Other women develop migraines for the first time during pregnancy or after menopause. Incidence and Prevalence Migraines afflict about 24 million people in the United States. They may occur at any age, but usually begin between the ages of 10 and 40 and diminish after age 50. Some people experience several migraines a month, while others have only a few migraines throughout their lifetime. Approximately 75% of migraine sufferers are women. Causes The cause of migraine is unknown. The condition may result from a series of reactions in the central nervous system caused by changes in the body or in the environment. There is often a family history of the disorder, suggesting that migraine sufferers may inherit sensitivity to triggers that produce inflammation in the blood vessels and nerves around the brain, causing pain. Signs and Symptoms Migraine pain is often described as throbbing or pulsating pain that is intensified by routine physical activity, coughing, straining, or lowering the head. The headache is often so severe that it interferes with daily activity and may awaken the person. The attack is debilitating, and migraine sufferers are often left feeling tired and weak once the headache has passed. A migraine typically begins in a specific area on one side of the head, then spreads and builds in intensity over 1 to 2 hours and then gradually subsides. It can last up to 24 hours, and in some cases, several days.

    Ipods Cases For Ipods

: iPods have cornered the market in terms of trendy mp3 players and the latest, third generation, versions offer photograph and video options too. Then there is the 'iPod nano' and the 'iPod mini' and the 'iPod shuffle' too! These gadgets have remained popular for some time now and alongside the sale of iPods an industry has grown in accessories. The biggest advantage of an iPod is its size and therefore the ability to take it with you wherever you go. However, this can cause problems as they are also quite delicate and the screen and case are prone to scratching, even during normal usage. Therefore there is a whole market out there offering cases to protect your iPod from damage and to make it possible for you to take it literally anywhere. Most cases now come with a variety of options for straps and clips to make sure your iPod never leaves your side until you are ready to put it away. Socks Yes, I do mean socks literally a sock fabric cover made to fit the different shapes and sizes of iPods. This makes a great iPod case They can be made of a cotton or wool knitted fabric. Apple does sell their own, in packs of six different colours, but there are other manufacturers too offering different styles. Nevertheless, the cheapest I have found was free we took a pair of men's sports socks, cut off the foot and sewed up the end where the foot would have been! It was perfect and we got two iPod cases for virtually nothing! Skins and Fabric I'm not sure whether the fabric cases here shouldn't come under the 'socks' label, but having looked at various websites, there are some really wacky cases for iPods available, at a cost. The options should suit all tastes from pink and fluffy to textured and to practical plain "Hotromz" make the cases to fit all types of iPod available. More expensive than a sock but they do make an individual statement about the owner! If standing out from the crowd is not your style, there are other fabric options available, such as tweed covered wallets that the iPod just slides into. However, if you wish to change anything, or look at the screen, you need to take the player out of the iPod case. Between fabric and 'skins' there is the 'Moshi' pouch. This is made from a special fabric, 'Terahedron'. The inside has microscopic filaments which helps clean your iPod by removing smears and fingerprints from the casing and the outside is water and dirt resistant. There is also an outer pocket for storing earphones. This iPod case is proving very popular and is not prohibitively expensive. Skins are made from silicone rubber or orca skin neoprene. The silicone variety provides a translucent skin so that you can still see the iPod inside. They have clear screen protectors too, so there is no need to remove the player from the iPod case to use it. Neoprene covers are best for those people who like to take their iPods when they are taking part in outdoor activities. Tough and strong, they are made to protect the iPod regardless of where you are. They still offer a clear view of the screen, but the cases often have shaped grips on the sides for easy handling. Some have a lid to protect the front and a pocket to store earphones. Leather Leather cases for iPods are the most expensive option there is, but not always the most practical, leather iPod cases offer a very smart alternative to the brightly coloured neoprene or silicone skin, or the fabric versions. Some manufacturers offer the opportunity for you to have your initials printed on the iPod case, just to make sure no one mistakes whose case it is. Leather iPod cases come in several different styles, such as one that looks like a notebook with a front flap, or there is one that has a flap that fixes over the top, like a purse. The ultimate and possibly the most expensive iPod case available is one made from ostrich leather! Armbands and Sports Cases The ultimate in portable cases for iPods with elasticised straps that have neoprene cases attached, ready for you to strap on your upper arm. This turns your iPod into the ideal partner to take to the gym where you can exercise whilst listening to your favourite music or other download. If you are not too keen on wearing it on your upper arm, a new variation is a case that slips on to your hand, which is easy to access if you wish to change whatever you are listening to. This style is most suited for those who want to exercise outdoors such as joggers or walkers.

Seven Ways To Use Market Segmentation At A Health Plan

Implementing marketing segmentation is never a slam dunk and health plans have more difficulty than other firms because of their regulatory environment. But the pattern of decisions is simple when they are broken into steps. First, market segmentation research is needed to identify and define market segments. This process is fairly involved and is described elsewhere. (See for example the whitepapers at . deftresearch. com.) The research helps firms decide which segmentation strategy to use. These strategies may be based on purchasing behavior, consumer characteristics, lifestyle information, or other market information. Second the team must ask, “which segment or segments does the health plan wish to target?” The market research will provide objective information facilitating this decision. Most experts would agree that it is foolish to target a segment to which you do not now have a reasonably good fit (e. g. the GMC truck division pursuing a "green", hybrid oriented segment). Finally, the fun begins. Once target segments have been decided on, there are at least seven ways to use segmentation. 1. Positioning. Take health care as an example. Most health plans offer multiple plans where premiums and access to branded drugs and providers differ. There are segments of the market willing to trade lower premiums for more restrictions on access. But other segments are not willing to make this trade. Market segmentation will help companies re position their “basic” and “premier” plans to match segments’ motivations and concerns Sticking with health care for an example, some seniors are motivated to act because of service, convenience, or help with health maintenance. If segmentation is implemented, more seniors will find the right product for them. 2. New markets. Products or brands could be positioned to meet the needs of a segment the company does not now serve very well. For example, many limited income seniors have been automatically enrolled in Medicare’s Part D plans, but they don’t have to stay there. If a health plan knows what this segment’s concerns are, it could induce them to switch. 3. Geography. Health plans have found it productive to emphasize different products and selling strategies in different geographies depending on the mix of segments in those geographies. 4. Direct marketing is all about segmentation, but it is often focused narrowly on internal sales analysis. Segmentation can leverage the value of in house data and make additional data worth the cost. 5. Advertising agencies often drive segmentation research and use it well. For example, the client has chosen to target the "mass affluent" as defined by some combination of assets and attitudes. Media buyers need to know the magazines this segment reads and the types of web sites and search engines they use. Copy writers will incorporate the deep values of this segment into commercial scripts. Creative directors will insist that the visual imagery of advertising be consistent with what the "mass affluent" look like, talk like, and do. Account planners will concentrate their research on the target segment, using the classification tool to recruit and screen the right people. 6. Call centers. Health plans can ask segment classification questions in their response call in customer interviews and in their telephone enrollment interviews. The classification can help find the best plan for each caller and this will help assure better retention. 7. Channel mix. Segments may have different affinities for different distribution and sales channels. Perhaps one segment of buyers is unreceptive to e mail communications; another segment may never accept a personal visit but will read your e mail. It is the exceptional firm, but some have literally organized themselves around segments. In these firms, any employee can tell you who their target is, and who the target is not. If they have multiple brands, each brand is adapted to fit one segment. Brand tracking is done at the segment level. The advertising agency for each brand is expected to zero in on that segment in its messaging and media selection. Because some segments inherently offer higher or lower unit margins, financial expectations of the brands are adjusted accordingly. In health care, one example is Wellpoint’s commercial operation organized around products and services for different segments of employers. Conclusion Market segmentation is a far reaching strategy that can benefit health plan players. Once the targets have been set, the firm has an opportunity to consolidate management of operations around its segmentation strategy. Every business function can be mobilized to take full advantage of the opportunities that market segmentation offers.

Ig Nobel Prizes Funniest Science Achievements

Did you know that your brainwave would measure differently when you chew different flavors of gum? And that if trained, pigeons can tell the difference between an original Picasso to a Monet? Moreover, did you know that the people who discovered these notable achievements have received an Ig Nobel Prize? The Ig Nobel Prizes are awarded every year to research in the fields of science, medicine, and technology that have made people laugh and then made them think. In other words, the Ig Nobel winners are responsible for creating the most ridiculous and unnecessary studies in their respective fields. However, the Ig Nobel Prizes are not a laughing matter. A real Nobel Laureate selects the nominees and presents the award to the genuine researchers in a ceremony that takes place every year at Harvard University, usually around the same time when the prestigious Nobel Prizes are announced. The first Ig Nobel Prizes ceremony took place in 1991. Then, only three prizes were awarded for achievements that cannot, or should not, be reproduced. Since then, dozens of researchers from different fields of knowledge and from different parts of the world were awarded for their forgettable achievements. Here you can read about some of them. Biology 1) In 1991, Robert Klark Graham, was awarded for developing a sperm bank that accepts donations only from Nobel Prize winners and Olympians. 2) The 1996 prize was shared between two Norwegian professors who had investigated the influence of ale, garlic, and sour cream on the appetite of leeches. 3) In 1997, three different professors from three different countries were awarded for measuring brainwave patterns while people chewed different flavors of gum. 4) In 2005, a large group of professors and representatives of the perfume industry were awarded for cataloging the specific odors produced by 131 different species of frogs in a state of stress. Medicine 1) In 1992, a group of Japanese researchers were awarded for coming to the conclusion that people who believe they have foot odor are right about it while people who do not, are also right about it. 2) In 1996, executives of tobacco companies received this award for testifying in front of the US Congress that nicotine is not an addictive substance. 3) In 2001, a Canadian professor was awarded for his study on injuries from falling coconuts. 4) In 2004, the prize was shared by a group of American psychiatrists who had studied the influence country music has on suicide. 5) In 2005, a Missouri inventor was awarded for creating artificial testicles for dogs. Psychology 1) The 1993 award was given to researches who came to the conclusion that people who claimed they were kidnapped by aliens from outer space were probably kidnapped by aliens from outer space. 2) The 1994 award was presented to the former Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew, who has been investigating for 30 years the effects of punishing three million citizens whenever they spit, chew gum, or feed pigeons. 3) The 1995 prize was presented to a group of professors from the Keio University in Japan who had managed to train pigeons to discriminate between paintings by Picassos as against those by Monet. Peace 1) The 1995 award was presented to the Taiwan National Parliament for claiming that politicians can gain more by punching, kicking and gouging each other than by waging war against other nations. 2) The 1996 prize was awarded to the President of France, Jacques Chirac, for celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of Hiroshima with atomic bomb tests in the Pacific. 3) In 2000, the British Royal Navy received this award for replacing the usage of live cannon shell with the usage of the shout Bang! And the list can goes on. Ig Nobel Prizes have also been selected for weird and funny achievements in the fields of literature, economics, physics, nutrition, education, archeology, chemistry and more. Just look out for the upcoming 2008 Ig Nobel Prizes.

    Thought Control

: Thought control? How would you like to be able to turn on your television just by thinking? Or have the door to your house open by mind power when your hands were full? This isn't something that will remain science fiction for long. The technology necessary to make this happen is here now. First of all, you have basic thought control now, meaning you can control and direct your thoughts. You can imagine a friend talking in your mind, for example. Then you can choose to hear music in your imagination. If you are hooked up to an electroencephalograph when you do these things, it will also be clear that these two thoughts are handled in different parts of your brain. This electroencephalogram, or EEG, is important, because what we can measure, we can use to do things. Think about this for a moment. Modern electronics has made it possible to easily operate things as a response to measurement. A thermostat measures the temperature, for example, and turns the heater on or off according to that measurement. Security lights turn themselves on when light levels get low. Thought Control Devices We can already measure and track what is going on in the brain. Is it inconceivable then, to have that measurement automatically trigger some action? For example, even before the electrical patterns of the brain were made "visible," we measured pulse rate with many different machines. Now, what if instead of sending a signal to a monitor telling a red light to go on when the heart raced, the signal told the TV to turn on? Think of anything that gets your heart racing and the TV would turn on, right? Call it mind power, thought control or whatever. You can see that such a device has been possible for at least a generation now. With new technology, and more detailed measurements of the actual electric patterns of the brain, how much more is possible? Someday, an electroencephalograph type of device will be able to more directly read your mind. The technology will eventually get to the point where it can print out the actual words you are thinking. We are a long way from that, but we are right at the brink of building machines that give us thought control of the things around us. You see, even with the crude measurements being done now, as long as we can choose what to think about, and any resulting change in the brain can be measured, the possibilities are endless. For example, we can already see the changes in the brain when a person thinks about music, versus a conversation. An existing electroencephalograph machine, using electrodes attached to your head, could be set to turn on the lights instead of producing a changing chart when you sing in your mind. For paraplegics without speech, there's real hope in this idea. A patterned alternating of thoughts could be used as a sort of Morse code, spelling out words on a screen. They could actually use thought control to make a message appear! At the current level of technology, this would be a tedious process, but the amazing thing is that all the necessary things to build a machine like this are here right now. It's time for thought control!

Use Dna Testing To Find Your Relatives

If you want to trace your ancestors, the job is much easier with modern DNA analysis techniques. The process is very simple. You register and pay a fee. The company sends you a mouth swab kit. You use it and send it back to the lab for analysis. Cells from your mouth swab will contain your DNA. The company have access to DNA databases that they compare your DNA to. You will be sent a report listing the individuals in the database that your DNA shows a match with. All cells contain DNA, including the sex cells, sperm and egg cells. When a sperm and egg cell combine the new cell formed contains DNA from both parents. DNA analysis in a specialist laboratory can give evidence about the likelihood of 2 individuals being related. There is only a tiny chance of 2 individuals having identical DNA, unless they are identical twins. Identical twins will have the same DNA because the fertilized egg that split to give the 2 fetuses came from the same sperm and the same egg. It only split after the DNA from the two sex cells had already combined. DNA analysis can be used to pinpoint an individual at the scene of a crime. This is particularly simple in rape cases because semen contains sperm cells that contain the male DNA. Find the DNA match and you have found the rapist. All cells contain DNA though, including skin and hair cells. We drop skin and hair cells everywhere we go, so all the crime scene technician does is to collect these from a murder, arson or burglary crime scene and find the DNA profile of the criminal. DNA analysis can be used to prove or disprove paternity. This is commonly used in cases where the mother is trying to claim maintenance payments from an absent father. Where people were adopted as infants and are looking for their natural parents DNA analysis can also be used. Your birth parents do not need to have registered to get a result. If any person related to you is in the database, a positive result will show. You may find grandparents, siblings or more distant relatives, all of which will lead to more information on your heritage.

    Book Clubs 24

book clubs It might seem that book clubs are almost a thing of the past, but they are certainly still out there. They have just changed quite a bit. People are still reading, thankfully, and they are still buying books. Though the traditional type of club that meets at someone’s home or perhaps a church are not as common as they use to be, they are still out there in almost any community. However, there are now more of them that are online. These are great because you don’t have to leave home if you don’t want to, and anyone from anywhere in the world can be a member. Online book clubs are often started as such, but any online discussion group can turn into a book club. This quite often happens by accident, but once discussions about good books start, they usually go on for quite a while. Those sites that were made just to be book clubs might be very structured, and they may have a new book each week or each month, and there may be many book discussions going on at once about different types of books. There are other types of book clubs that do not involve talking about books, but rather, they are all about getting you to buy books. My mother was a member of quite few of these though the mail for quite a long time, and I believe they are still out there. There are book clubs for adults, and there are some that specialize in books for children. I was a member for a while before the number of books they were sending was just too much for us. However, we got a good collection of some great books for my daughter through that club. These book clubs are still going strong, and some can be found online. You may be able to choose your service and what books you want to get this way. These same sites might have discussion boards for those who buy from them, and these will be full of book lovers. If you are itching for some good conversation and you love to talk about books, this might be the place to find like minded people with whom you can have a great discussion about any book you love. They should have them for both adults and children. Signing up for the discussion board should be easy and free in most cases.

Tips on haggling your way to that lovely sofa Haggling used to be an alien word for most people but since consumers these days are having a hard time letting go of that hard earned dollar, practicing haggling has become usual. Big ticket items are usually the ones worth haggling for, one perfect example is furniture. Furniture are expensive items that you don’t get to buy regularly and most of the time sellers put a high markup on them so haggling your way to a fairer price is a really smart move. Come early or come late. If you are going furniture shopping and you have no intention of buying the items for full price, coming early or coming late at the store are your two options. Be there a few minutes after the opening or an hour before closing time because it is at these times that the sellers are usually desperate to have a sale and haggling won’t be a painful task. This will make the bargain shopper in you very pleased and satisfied. Have the right attitude. Haggling is no rocket science but it requires a certain combination of the right attitude for you to tell the seller that this is the price that you are willing to pay for the furniture. You don’t have to be manipulative and pushy, this might turn off the seller. You certainly shouldn’t be passive either, this will just lower your chances to haggle because the seller might think that he/she could easily sell you the furniture for full price. Be bold, be brave, be confident, be charming and show the seller that you are a consumer who values your money and knows what you want. Shop some more. Since you are already furniture shopping, why don’t you search the entire store and you might find something that you like aside from that furniture you are dying to buy. Once you’ve find something that you think you also want to purchase, offer the seller a deal to give you discounts on buying both items from their store. Walk the walk. If all else fails, walk away and tell the seller that you just can’t afford to buy it at full price. Chances are the seller would chase you and offer a better deal. If unfortunately the seller lets you go, be prepared to search for furniture elsewhere. At the end of the day if you still find yourself fancying that furniture, come back and show the seller your willingness to buy but your wallet just won’t allow it.
