    Practicing Golf Trouble Shots

A lot of times on the golf course you will find that you are not in the middle of the fairway, or not in the fairway at all. Putting yourself in and around a tree on the practice range will help your decision making out on the golf course on what golf club to choose, and how to play it. Most good golfers put themselves in trouble shot situations and bad lies on the practice range. Practicing this drill for a month, two or three times a week with a large bucket of golf balls each time, will improve your trouble shot making, and help lower your scores. You will find with practice and persistence you can save a par, or even birdie one or two holes out on the golf course more often than not. Keep in mind, saving a few strokes or better is 50% skill and 50% luck that you will succeed. The odds will increase or decrease depending on how much you practice these golf shots out on the practice range. It is always a good idea to play it safe, by chipping out. By practicing golf trouble shot drills on the golfing range, you will sometimes visualize a prior practice shot taken on the range when you’re confronted with a trouble shot out on the golf course. Visualizing the golf shot from this practice routine requires a little bit of consistent practice. The golf shot will be a lot easier if you have done it many times over. You will need to take six golf clubs, (3 iron, 5 iron, 7 iron, wedge, 5 wood and driver) or your favorite golf clubs to the practice range along with a huge bucket of balls to keep your golf memory in shape. The idea of this trouble shot practice is to memorize distance and ball flight using different clubface ball positions and lies. This is a very enjoyable practice routine and exercise that requires a little patience, imagination and memory. Find a tree between the golf ball and the green. You do not need a green behind the tree. It would be a lot more fun to watch your golf shots land and roll on the green, if there was one nearby. Stand behind the tree and hold the grip of the golf club with your fingers, and rest the club head on the grass with the clubface facing you. Put the bottom of your foot on the face of the golf club and let the grip go. Look and see if the tip of the golf club is pointing upwards and over the tree. Should the grip end of the golf club point at any part of the tree. Chances are, you haven’t got enough club loft to go over. You may need to go under the tree or find a loftier club. You can do this test with any club iron on the golf course. The idea of this drill is to know how low and far you can roll a golf ball out to the fairway or green, and how much distance and loft you need to get over a tree. The key memory for the practice would be the golf club selection for both the loft and distance for the target you’re aiming for. One club may be low enough to get you under the obstacle, but may be too much club for the target area. You may want to consider choking down on the club to take a little distance off the shot. The other club may have enough loft, but not enough distance. Do this routine with different club selections often. For the distant trouble shots try a 1 wood and a 3 iron under the branches of a tree. (Use extra caution for these clubs near a tree. Also look around for other players before attempting any blind golf shot.) With your first 10 balls, practice hitting it low to the ground. Always pick a target and put some kind of obstacle in front of you. Practice with a tree right in front of you or 100 yards away with the imaginary green behind it, if you have no access to a practice green. Try to keep the golf ball from flying into the tree, or make the ball land just before and roll beyond onto your imaginary target or green. You will have to use your imagination for this shot and practice with several different clubface positions. You need to practice playing the ball in front, middle, or back in your stance. You may want to practice going around the tree if you’re a substantial distance from the green. Close the clubface to help it hook, or open the face of the club to help slice it around the tree. There are a lot of good professional teachers, books and videos on the Internet to help you master the hook and slice effect of the ball at will. Practice your chipping distance for certain clubs, by chipping out to the side of trouble. It is a good idea to know how far you can chip a certain golf club so you don’t end up on the other side of the fairway, and or behind another obstacle. Practice your trouble shots in a sand trap as well. Place a group of balls behind a big lip of a sand trap. Move some in the front and back of the trap. Do not forget to stand on a couple of golf balls for that buried golf ball effect. Now take your time hitting the golf balls, keeping in mind for an open clubface, and a slightly closed clubface for those buried lies. Is the sand hard or soft? Take more sand for shorter distances from the flagstick, and less sand for those longer shots. Your target for striking the sand should be 1 to 3 inches behind the golf ball, depending on your distance from the flagstick. Accelerate at impact. Follow through and do not quit on the shot. Again you will find more information on the Internet for mastering these types of trouble shots. Practice until you prefer to be in a trap on the golf course, because it's your favorite golf shot. This will raise your level of confidence when approaching a green on the course with bunkers around it. With enough practice you will actually see the ball drop in the hole coming out of the bunker from time to time. Eventually you will find yourself on the green trying to read the roll of the putting surface before you take the bunker shot. Take out your 5 wood to practice aiming for the tall timbers. Know your distance. The 5 wood flies high and far. Try to put yourself close to the trees and back, to see how close is too close, and how far back is too far back. Do not forget to practice those long high fades and draw shots. When you have practiced this drill enough times, it will almost seem like second nature when attempting these same golf trouble shots. You will either impress your foursome or make them stand there in awe. The other ingredients you will need to benefit from this practice routine are confidence and a positive mindset. The game of golf is almost magical at times. What seems impossible at times can have yourself shaking your head in disbelief and saying to yourself. “I can play like a pro!”

    Having Fun When Homeschooling

Homeschooling has many benefits for a child's education. One of the most obvious is that it allows you, the parent, to tailor a specific education geared towards your child's particular needs. It also allows you to teach in a style that suits your child as we all know, different people learn better in different ways. When you decide to homeschool it is important to remember that as well as being a parent, you are now taking on the role of a teacher. This is, of course, not a responsibility to be taken lightly, and you have to make every effort to be the best teacher you can be. Everyone has had the experience of having both a good and bad teacher. If you stop and think about it, I'll think you'll notice some things that your good teacher's had in common. The most important is that they were genuinely interested in their subject areas. Nothing makes a teacher better then enthusiasm for a subject. I think you'll also notice that most of the bad teachers you had didn't seem particularly interested in the subject they were teaching. It is for this reason that it is crucial that you create a homeschooling experience that interests both you and your child. While your child's education should come first and foremost when creating a homeschooling curriculum, you shouldn't be shy to think of your own education as well. When looking at things to study in particular subject areas, think about things that interested you in those areas that you didn't get to explore as much as you liked to when you were in school. It cannot be understated how valuable an experience it is to learn with your child. You will be strengthening a family bond, and your shared interest and excitement in a topic will ensure that your child retains the information. A way to do this is to understand the balance between rigidness and flexibility in a homeschooling curriculum. A certain amount of formalness is required in a general curriculum: you have to have set goals and timelines in which certain things must be learned. But within those timelines, you have a lot of flexibility, and you should use it to your advantage. When studying literature, for example, understand that the goal is to read and learn about good literature, not necessarily to read a particular book. So instead of studying a "standard" novel that you've already read, consider a book that is new to you as well. With both you and your child interested in the book, the experience of reading it together will be enjoyable for both of you, as you will both be excited about the outcome. This concept needn't be applied only to literature, think of things in science or music, for example, that you've always wanted to learn about. If you make sure that you are interested in the subjects as well, your child will sense your enthusiasm and become more drawn into the subject, ensuring a much more valuable educational experience.

Trouble Recovering After Using Birth Control

People who use birth control can generally be categorized into two different types. There are the ones that are using because they don't want a child at the moment for a variety of reasons, and the ones that don't want children at all. Permanent birth control options are available for the latter group of people, but the former group has a significantly wider range of methods to choose from. Among these methods would be the ever popular use of the birth control pill, though this poses a mild problem should the women ever want to actually have children. In essence, “the pill” works by altering hormone levels in the woman's body to make it believe that the woman is already pregnant. This has the effect of interrupting the typical menstrual cycle and preventing the ovaries from releasing the egg cell, which in turn prevents conception. There are a few side effects that can be linked to these hormonal alterations, but in general, the consensus is that they work fine. However, what exactly happens to the body once a woman stops using birth control pills? Most women are aware of what “the pill” does and have some vague notion of how it works, but generally lack any concrete idea of what happens when they stop taking it. Even if a woman wants to have children and has quit from the pill, there are still a few things that need to be checked and kept in mind. First and foremost, using pills really changes a woman's hormonal make up. These hormonal changes delay the completion of the woman's ovulation cycle. Each pill taken increases the duration of the delay, naturally. The body is basically forced to adjust by the effect of synthetic hormones that the pills trigger, putting off the risk of pregnancy by fooling the body into believing it already is pregnant. If a woman stops taking the pill, the body will need time to readjust to the situation and, basically, pick the ovulation cycle up where it left off. After pregnancy, hormone levels drop off and the body returns to normal, with the same principle applying when a woman stops using birth control. Usually, it takes about three months for the body to get back to its natural rhythm and fully recover from the pills. However, there are some cases where this does not happen and the body remains, for lack of a better word, sterile. Some companies have developed hormonal treatments to correct this, which are meant to kick start the process of ovulation that contraceptive pills have stalled. In this case, it really boils down to little more than hormone levels and knowing which hormones to tweak (and how much) to achieve the desired effect in the body. It should be noted, though, that these hormone medications do not always work. In cases where it has taken more than three months for the body to get back to normal hormone production, it may be prudent to consult a medical professional. While considered unlikely, it is possible that long term use of birth control pills can disrupt the natural hormone production process for women, even after the drug is no longer used. As stated, there are hormonal pharmaceuticals that can help the body start correcting this problem, but these should only be taken if advised by a doctor.

How To Write A Strong Start For Your Novel

I revised my Civil War novel Hearts of Stone many times before selling it to Dutton Children’s Books. My editor only had one major suggestion: Consider a new beginning. If you’re revising a novel, considering the first scene should be one of your last steps. It’s hard to know how best to begin until you’re sure how the story ends. And although everyone needs to revise in a manner that works for them, writers who perfect every sentence along the way can fall in love with sentences or scenes that ultimately don’t best serve the story. Skilled novelists convey character, conflict, setting, and voice in the first page, paragraph, even sentence. It’s a tall order! But here are eight strategies that command readers’—and editors’—interest. 1. Grab readers’ attention. Katherine Paterson begins Lyddie, one of my favorite children’s novels, this way: “The bear had been their undoing, though at the time they had all laughed.” Or how about this, from Richard Peck’s A Long Way from Chicago: “You wouldn’t think we’d have to leave Chicago to see a dead body.” Who wouldn’t want to keep reading? 2. Begin with Action. Here’s Walter Dean Myers powerful opening of Monster: “The best time to cry is at night, when the lights are out and someone is being beaten up and screaming for help.” Action can also be quiet, as in Beverly Cleary’s The Mouse and the Motorcycle: “Keith, the boy in the rumpled shorts and shirt, did not know he was being watched as he entered room 215 of Mountain View Inn.” 3. Arrive mid conversation. E. B. White’s Charlotte’s Web begins like this: “Where’s Papa going with that axe?” Lisi Harrison uses dialogue to start The Clique: “‘Massie, wipe that confused look off your face,’ Massie’s mom, Kendra, said. ‘It’s really very simple—you’re not going.’” Both opening lines convey conflict. 4. Begin with an omniscient passage. Occasionally, skilled authors begin high above their protagonist before zooming in and continuing with a more intimate point of view. Swallowing Stones, by Joyce McDonald, is about the repercussions a teen faces after he discharges a rifle and accidentally kills a schoolmate’s father. In the book’s beginning, readers travel with the fatal bullet: “There is no stopping it; the bullet rips through the hot summer haze, missing trees, houses, unsuspecting birds, coming to roost, finally, like an old homing pigeon….” The stage has been set. 5. Begin by mirroring the ending. An Na does this beautifully in A Step from Heaven. In the opening chapter, the young protagonist describes how being in her father’s arms at the seashore makes her feel safe: “I am a sea bubble floating, floating in a dream. Bhop.” Her father ultimately leaves his family, and yet in the end readers feel hopeful when they read the same words used to describe her sense of security. Laurie Halse Anderson employs a similar technique in the opening and closing of Fever, 1793. The main character experiences daybreak quite differently in the first and last chapters, which reveals how she has matured. 6. State the problem. Simply stating the problem in the first sentence immediately takes readers to the story’s emotional heart. “He did not want to be a wringer,” Jerry Spinelli writes in Wringer, about a boy destined to wring pigeons’ necks in a local event. Many authors use this technique: “All I’ve ever wanted is for Juli Baker to leave me alone.” (Flipped, Wendelin Van Draanen.) “I am Mary. I am a witch.” (Witch Child, Celia Rees.) “Chapter One: Summer 1849 – In which I come to California, fall down a hill, and vow to be miserable here. (The Ballad of Lucy Whipple, Karen Cushman.) 7. Let your character reflect. Julie Johnston begins Hero of Lesser Causes with this reflective moment: “It started out as a peaceful, plodding kind of summer, the summer of 1946. We didn’t know that our lives would charge wildly out of control.” For another example, see Jennifer Donnelly’s lovely Northern Light. 8. Provide a prologue. Some writers hate prologues, but I say if it works for your story, use it. A prologue can help readers feel how desperately a protagonist does not want something to happen, as Jerry Spinelli does in Wringer. It can help readers understand what a character is about to lose, as Pam Munoz Ryan does beautifully in Esperanza Rising. And it can set a tone, as Gary Paulsen does in the marvelous prologue to The Winter Room. Ultimately, I decided to write a prologue for Hearts of Stone. The novel originally began in the summer of 1863. Fifteen year old Hannah’s father had already left their home on Cumberland Mountain in East Tennessee to fight for the Union Army. Hannah is estranged from her friend Ben because his father had joined the Confederate Army. Soon orphaned, Hannah shepherds her younger siblings on the long trip to a Nashville refugee camp, all the while longing to get back home. The problem? Too many crucial events were lost in back story. My new prologue is set in 1861, when Hannah’s father announces that he’s joining the army, and it allows readers to meet Ben while his relationship with Hannah is still good. Finally, I worked on a first sentence that could reveal both Hannah’s conflict with her father and her strong sense of place. The book now begins this way: “Pa ripped our family apart just as spring began whispering sweet promises up on Cumberland Mountain.” Hearts of Stone’s review in Kirkus concluded with a prediction that “Readers will be hooked from the start.” I’m glad my editor asked for a new beginning. Sometimes it really does make sense to save the first for last.

Internet Marketing And The Tidbit Generation

Take the time to look around you sometime in a public setting. Observe the people around you. Sit on one of those benches at the mall and pay attention to what you see. Yes, you will see shoppers, and there will be those who engage others in conversation. However, you will likely notice a husband calling his wife by cell phone to ask questions about a potential purchase. You will probably see many teens pulling out a cell phone or Blackberry to either read or send a text message. A husband exhausted from shopping might use a portable device to check emails, sports scores or news. A twenty something will likely be walking with ear buds in place listening to the soundtrack of their own existence through a portable mp3 device. Even more traditional shopping venues are being infiltrated with the predominate influence of alternative media. No matter where we go we can be in touch with virtually anyone from anywhere. A husband needs to pick up something at a lawn and garden store while his wife needs something from a candle shop. They go to the shopping center in the same vehicle, but go different directions. They use cell phones to reconnect with each other when necessary. A father and son as well as the child’s grandparents visit a museum. They have unique interests and part ways. A quick text message can help the separated parties find one another when it is time to leave. Lap tops are common in coffee shops and bistros. It is not uncommon to see several customers using wi fi connections to either conduct business or keep in touch with others. We have become a culture incredibly dependent on the power of multiple connections. This truth should serve to help online business owners see the big picture in relation to who they serve and more importantly how to serve them. More and more people are relying on text messages to convey thought. Instant messages are being used with increasing frequency. Emails have usurped the typical letter and online bill pay is a growing alternative. The culture is nurturing the idea of online convenience. Once you begin to understand the consumer you can begin to market more effectively. Since many are adopting a more text message type of interaction you might consider an instance message approach to customer service. Many sites are making use of a dedicated individual who can conduct a live chat with site visitors and help answer questions and direct customers to an onsite location of interest. Make knowledge content pointed and with subheadings and bullets. Make it easy for visitors to find what they may be most interested in. The good news is this can be done within the context of accepted Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies. The truth is as more and more young people adopt the fast pace of the Internet online businesses will need to adapt their site promotion to reach a tidbit generation. This is a generation of sound bites, abbreviated messages, emoticons and impulse. Find a way to promote your online business through Internet marketing that seeks to understand the culture and adapt their strategies to match the fast paced cultural shift.

    Choosing Your First Home

Choosing your First Home If you are ready to move out of your apartment, there is no time better than now. Beginning to search for your first home is an important step to having the ability to build better finances and to live in a place that is comfortable. If you are considering a new home, there are specific things that you will want to know before jumping in with both feet. Before you even begin to look at homes, make sure that you conduct your own investigation. This will mean that you should find the going rates, how much other owners are paying every month, and what you can or can't afford. You will also want to see what types of houses are going and what they are going for. If you know the basics of what is available, it will be easier for you to get exactly what you want. You should also consider things such as your credit rating and your pay check. You don't want to walk into something that is over your head or start to look for something, only to find out that you won't be able to move in. From here, it is all a matter of getting involved with the right people. One of the most important decisions that you can make is to find the right real estate agent. This will make a large difference in the type of deal that you get as well as what type of home and mortgage you end up with. Real estate agents have the ability to do investigations for you and find something that is best for you. You will also want to make sure that there are connections with home inspectors and the right lenders. Without the right people set in place, there will be problems with getting the best deal with your new home. After you begin to look with your real estate agent, make sure that you begin to understand the terms that are being given to you. Loan terms, terms about the market, and other real estate jargon. will often times be spoken about. If you don't know what something is, look it up right away or ask. Getting into a first home is a large step from an apartment, making it important that you understand what you are getting into. The process of finding a new home can be challenging and fun. Making sure that you open the front door instead of having to crawl through the back can help you to get exactly what you want. By learning the ropes from the very beginning, you can be certain to get what you want, only to move up from there.

Nlp Trainers How To Find A Good One

NLP Training in Scotland and the UK generally has increased exponentially in the last few years. Many new NLP trainers are being qualified each year. In fact you can go from knowing nothing about NLP to being a fully qualified trainer in around six weeks. Add in the fact that several NLP companies, including my own are moving into optimising for the internet and increasing visibility – new NLP companies are pooping up all the time. One NLP company in Glasgow is even buying up huge numbers of NLP related domain names in an effort to dominate search engine traffic. Add in the wide variance in size of course, number of days and the jargon that extends right through the industry is it any wonder that people are confused about how to pick the right course for them. A NLP Practitioner Training Course is a big investment of your time and money. Spending a little effort digging past the superficialities of the first page of Google will pay you dividends in getting on to a course with a trainer that is exactly right for you. There are already some very good articles about the thought process to go through for deciding what type of course is right for you. So this article is about deciding on a good quality NLP Trainer. With respect to the courses it is my opinion that your choice should be about your personal objectives, preferences and learning style. Assuming this all checks out, the course covers the right content, in the right time with the right number of people and you have a short list of two or three, the next part is a closer examination of the trainer themselves. I think this is vital because you will only get out of your NLP training course what your trainer and the relationship between you will stand. If you are spending a considerable amount of time and money on a NLP Practitioner Training Programme you will want to get best value from it. NLP is about building rapport and being very persuasive. As such when you talk to your prospective trainer you should expect this from them and you will need to get a little further under the surface to see if they will give you what you need. To start with have a read of their website, articles, and books. Google their name and see what comes up. Do they write articles that give good content; are they explaining things in an understandable way? What can you tell about your prospective trainer’s beliefs and values? How well does their content match with your view of the world? Is their course about the hard, pragmatic world or does it have a softer, gentler, spiritual / healing emphasis? What can you learn about the trainer’s background and experience and how does that fit with what your needs are? Have they any qualifications outside NLP? Through all of this keep asking yourself, “Can I learn what I need from this trainer and do they having things to teach me that I will find useful?” If the answer to the last question was a yes then make arrangements to see, or at least speak with them and ask for reference clients that have similar applications to yours. A good point to ask NLP Trainers when you meet is to deconstruct their sales process and point out how they are using their NLP and Hypnosis to sell to you. Any great trainer will relish the opportunity to display their knowledge and integration of NLP for a live situation. You will get an idea of how good they are at NLP in a live context, how good they are at explaining it to you and some idea of their ethics and integrity. Another excellent area to discuss with your prospective trainers is about the local competition. Not the bad points…that would not be a fair question, but ask about what is good about the competition and how do those courses compare to the one you are looking at. Again this gives any great trainer an opportunity to shine. If they are confident with their product and have really built in some unique developments of their own they will be happy to talk up the competition and compare products. Having assisted the development of several NLP Trainers in Scotland and met with many more I have a good idea of the sorts of courses they run and the type of people that would benefit. I am obviously biased towards my courses and the trainers that I have developed, but I have the confidence in my services to be able to at lest point you towards my competitors and tell you what I know. Any great NLP Trainer will be able to do the same. As you can see there is a lot to think about when choosing your NLP Trainer. There is a lot more we could discuss but a couple of well chosen and prepared lines of questioning are a great start. A great NLP Training Course can give your personal and professional life a huge boost and a little time and effort up front will pay you back immensely. Feel free to call my office for further information.

Site Promotion Tools How Many Sites Do You Need

Site promotion tools are an important element in making sure you give online users the greatest opportunity to visit your website. It is likely you have infused your site with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies, and you have included site link information in any forum posts and blogs. You might have gone so far as to develop Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising. You are relatively comfortable with the conversion rate based on site visitation. You may even believe you’ve done all you can do, but there may be a strategy you haven’t considered. Some innovative site promotional experts are discovering the effective use of multiple websites that are effectively driving traffic to their primary site. This strategy is NOT a more common ‘mirror site’ that simply mimics the original site. When using this strategy website owners find sub niches they can develop a unique website presence around. The site should be well developed with quality content and can stand alone in relation to the content it provides, but it is also a highly specialized mechanism for driving potential customers to your main site. The one thing that does not work with this strategy is to simply develop these secondary websites and then leave them alone in the belief that they will effectively do the job as a site promotion tool. Both visitors and search engines will loose interest if you fail to keep updating information. Search engines are designed to have an appreciation for new content. If you never change content you can expect your site rankings to slip. The idea behind this strategy is to maximize the overall keyword and key phrase strategies you have in place. This is important because the ownership of multiple sites can allow you to maximize the impact of the various key words or phrases you want to develop with an eye toward overall sight rankings. For instance if you specialize in imported shoes your main site would contain an online catalogue and targeted information about imported shoes. You might have a secondary site dedicated to various types of imported shoe leather. Another site could be dedicated to the benefits of imported shoes. Still another might deal specifically with the elegance and style associated with imported shoes. You get the idea. This approach allows you to explore each area in depth with an eye toward moving each interested niche group to your primary site for purchase. If your business is multifaceted, the use of multiple sites that are very specific in their goal and presentation could provide an impressive site promotion tool that may signal improved online sales results.

    The Routine Of The Training

In order to be effective, fitness training must be well assimilated and personalized. The process of learning and mastering the exercises properly takes a lot of time. Many of the movements must be practiced until they become automatisms; this way, the focus will be on the muscles that are worked out and on intensity of practice, rather than on the execution technique. But this routine of training has also some disadvantages. One of them is monotony – the exercises get to be really boring for the practitioners. On the other hand, at least 4 6 weeks are necessary for checking and proving the potential of training, developing, losing weight, etc. that a program might have. A shorter period of time will not be enough for drawing relevant conclusions on the effectiveness of the program. Thus, a certain psychological resistance to monotony is necessary from the very beginning. Another disadvantage of routine is the fact that the muscles act under the principle of economy of effort. This means that, soon after starting the program, they do not react to the stimulus with the same effectiveness as in the beginning. A state of limitation intervenes, when, in spite of the same efforts, the sportsman will not progress any more. Stagnation of good results might be very frustrating for the sportsman, who could, finally, abandon training completely. For avoiding this, it is advisable to change the program periodically, so that the muscles will have time to 'forget' the first exercises; the sportsman can come back to them after getting through a few different programs. A completely new program can have disadvantages, for example the fact that learning it demands an increased effort of attention, of focusing, and sometimes even involve mental stress, determined by the degree of difficulty of the program. However, some practitioners can see a positive aspect in this, considering the new program as a challenge, which will 'refresh' them psychologically. On the other hand, a too frequent change of programs can be as ineffective as maintaining them for too long. Changing the program before benefiting of all its potential of progress is like giving up antibiotics treatment after you have the impression that the symptoms disappeared. It is important for the sportsman to observe carefully his own reactions from one training to the next; this way he will be able to choose the best moment for taking up new routine. It is very easy to consider some temporary states of indisposition, irritability or tiredness as limitation or overtraining and to abandon, in consequence, a program which would still have a lot to offer. This is another case in which the experience accumulated by the practitioner in months or years of training will help him take the right decision and change the program when it is best for the body. If the sportsman makes the right choice, he will feel progress even in the first sessions of training and he will not need a long period of adaptation. In time, the sportsman can develop a conditioned reflex, meaning that the body will ask regularly, at certain intervals, for a change in the routine of the training. This way, new solutions can be anticipated for getting over the critical fazes of stagnation. Moreover, the interest for the training will remain constant. The active breaks (active recovery), which must be initiated once a trimester, a semester or a year, can submit to this rhythmic conditioning. They intrinsically belong to the training and their importance must not be underestimated.
