How To Buy Used Or Surplus Circuit Breakers

For homes or businesses trying to cut costs, used circuit breakers may be an option for their electrical needs. You can visit several online stores that carry all sorts of brands of used circuit breakers. Finding a used circuit breaker can also be useful in locating obsolete or outdate breakers. Many companies only sell used circuit breakers that have been tested for quality and safety. Because used circuit breakers are usually old, it is necessary to test them prior to purchase or using them. Testing used circuit breakers is essential for safety as well as for functional reasons. In older used breakers, the naked eye simply cannot determine if the contacts are corroded. If the contacts are indeed corroded, your circuit breaker may not function properly or safely. Most electricians recommend not to use used circuit breakers to ensure your safety, because prices on new circuit breakers are generally reasonable. Sometime a company may have too many circuit breakers or breakers that have become obsolete for their needs. In cases such as this, many companies decide to sell their surplus circuit breakers to dealers. In turn, these dealers test, refurbish and resell the products. This can mean huge savings to the consumers who purchase surplus circuit breakers. Online auctions, web directories and bulletin boards are all excellent tools to buy or sell surplus circuit breakers. The widespread use of the Internet has opened up a whole new world of buying and selling these goods. Traditionally, a business owner interested in buying surplus had to fly to the location to examine the product before purchase. Now, however, the sellers can upload pictures and the important information for the consumer to review before purchasing. Some experts estimate that the surplus selling business has become a multi billion dollar industry, even within the past five to ten years. If you decide to pursue the purchase of surplus goods online, you should ask some important questions first. Find out if it is an original, factory direct product and whether it is new or used. Does it have any noticeable cracks or fractures? When was it last used? What are the testing procedures to ensure it functions and is safe? What is the refund policy? Finding this information beforehand is vital in securing a good quality surplus circuit breaker. You can save a lot of money by buying an outdated, unused or obsolete circuit breaker if you know the right questions to ask. Consumer advocates encourage you to keep in mind the old adage, “buyer beware” since the online marketplace opens up new possibilities for fraud. Marketplaces such as Ebay offer consumer protection against fraud and SurplusRecord. com does their best to screen but ultimately it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask questions. Knowing what you are buying can mean the difference in getting junk equipment and equipment that is functional, safe, and meets your needs.

    42 Years Later Remembering Jfk

42 years ago, we sat in front of our television sets in complete shock. When the usually totally objective Walter Cronkite momentarily lost it on a live broadcast, he represented faces all over America, frozen in grief and disbelief. It was an innocent time. Young, vigorous, charismatic, and eloquent, Jack Kennedy represented the dreams of the young. Into a political world filled with tired old detached men, he and his passionate New England intelligentsia swept like a fresh wind that promised a new world order and unlimited potential for all of us. We loved his accent, his hair, his humor, and his energy. We couldn't wait to join the Peace Corps and remake the world. For years, we quietly asked each other: Where were you when Kennedy was shot? We all knew exactly where we were and what we were doing when the news came. It was a moment frozen in time, a great divide between the promise that had shined so brightly and the unknown darkness that lay ahead after the light had been so prematurely extinguished. Later, the cynicism of an ugly war, a string of assassinations, riots in the streets, and the paranoia of a secretive administration, would take their toll on our dreams, our desire to participate and to serve, and our belief in our leaders. We put away our optimism, our social dedication, and our carefree belief in our ability to make a permanent difference. We moved into business, raised families, made money, and withdrew from the streets. We stopped marching, stopped voting, stopped caring. We lost our sense of trust and the heart in our fight for equality and peace slowly shriveled. When I ask at work: Where were you when Kennedy was shot, I am greeted by blank stares from staff who weren't even conceived in 1963. Despite the pain of that time, I feel deep sorrow for those who never had the opportunity to experience the excitement and euphoria of Camelot. As the old saw states, "It is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all." We lost a great and important part of ourselves on that grassy knoll in Dallas. But we are better people for the elation he gave us, the dreams he inspired, and the deep commitment to our fellow man that he generated within us. Those who missed that rare shining moment are, all unaware, diminished in their souls. And those of us who were lucky enough to have that spirit enter our lives, however briefly, must each mourn his death alone. Happy trails, Jack.

God Has Pleasure When Christians Prosper

God did not create us and then leave us to ourselves. He is very much interested in what happens to his children, the Abrahamic Seed Group. His interest in us caused Him to promise us healing, prosperity, family well being and salvation in the covenant He made with Abraham. (Gentile Christians are grafted into these Abrahamic blessing promises right along with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Israel.) Powerful Scriptures below demonstrate His interest in our prosperity. First, God teaches us, the individual members of The Abrahamic Seed Group, to profit. We do not have to learn this by ourselves. God teaches us to profit in accordance with his promise to Abraham to prosper the Seed Group. Isa 48:17 Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. (KJV) Second, God actually has pleasure in the prosperity of his servants. I used to think that prosperity was wrong. If it is wrong, why does God have pleasure when I am prosperous and why does he actually teach us how to develop wealth. Ps 35:27 27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. (KJV) Third, God does not reject the prayers of the destitute and poor. No refusal to answer their prayer causes their lack of prosperity. Ps 102:17 He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer. (KJV) In the above scripture, the word, despise means to reject. In other words, God will not reject the prayers of the destitute. In addition, He will absolutely regard them! Think of it! God hears the prayers of the destitute and needy. Even Job saw these things. He saw that God will not turn his back on the needy. He will not cast them aside. He will hear their prayer and do something about their problems. In the face of great adversity, Job saw these things. Job 36:15 15 He delivereth the poor in his affliction, and openeth their ears in oppression. (KJV) Job 36:11 11 If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. (KJV) Even Job saw that they shall be delivered. He saw that if they also obey Him, they shall have much prosperity and pleasure. God’s will is to prosper you. Even Job knew this! Then what is our Prosperity Trigger? What is our Prosperity Activator? Sowing and reaping is our Trigger Activator for personal prosperity. This is the only way God has ordained for us to become wealthy. We must learn and obey the Bible principle of giving. Giving, according to the Bible, is the equivalent of a farmer sowing various seeds. What you plant is what comes up in your harvest. Farmers plant corn, cotton and tomato seeds. These same individual things, corn, cotton and tomatoes, come up for them in the time of their harvest. Prov 11:24 26 24 There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, but it tendeth to poverty. 25 The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. 26 He that withholdeth corn, the people shall curse him: but blessing shall be upon the head of him that selleth it. (KJV) To secure a financial harvest, Abraham planted financial wealth. He planted it by tithing. He planted it by making various offerings. The point is this; Abraham planted or sowed seed from which he needed to glean a harvest of the same kind. He planted corn or financial seed. He reaped a harvest of corn or financial prosperity. Do what Abraham did, dear Christian, and you will amass Abrahamic wealth just like Abraham. Plant financial seeds daily so your harvest will have no off days. Plant your seed. God has pleasure when Christians proper.

An Explanation Of Private Label Rights

Private label rights for digital information products are very popular among internet marketers. You may or may not have heard of private label rights before. When you have been online for any length of time you will definitely know what they are. However, for those of you who don’t know what private label rights for digital information products are let me explain. Private label rights will allow you to buy a product from someone along with all of the rights that go with it such as the source file (word document), sales page, graphics and so on. This will give you the right to make as little changes or as many changes are you want to on the product. You can change just specific areas if that is what you want to do. Some of the changes that you can make are: One: you can change the title or name of the product. Two: you will be able to add your own name to the product as the author. Three: you will be able to change the E cover on the product if it is an eBook. Four: you will be able to put your own affiliate links throughout the product wherever you want them. Five: you can change, add or remove any of the content on the product. Six: you will even be able to change the sales letter so that it sounds better to you. Seven: you can even change the price of the product if that is what you want to do. Now you need to know what the difference is between private label rights products and the more common resell rights. Private label rights means that you are given the editable rights to add, remove or change the product anyway that you decide to, and with resell rights products you are only given the right to sell the product and can’t change anything. You can sell both of these products and keep 100 percent of the profits. However, with the private label rights products you have a lot more control over the product than you would with the common resell rights products. I am not saying that one type is better than the other one. The one that you sell is totally up to you. However, having more control over a product can mean that you can make that product more unique than it was before. This can mean more profits for you. So you want to make sure that you really think about which one is more important for your business. One other thing that you want to remember is that with the private label rights you will be able to add credibility to your name. This means that when you have your own product people will be more likely to believe that you know what you are talking about. This is not always true but it can be and it can mean more profits for you. Plus with private label rights for digital information products you will be able to have your own product without having to go through the hassle of creating that product. This will save you a lot of time and a lot of effort. That way you can concentrate on selling your new private label rights product. These products are definitely worth buying if you can afford to get them. You just want to make sure that you find a product that your customers are hungry for. The more they want it will mean the more money that you can make from it. So take the time needed to find that perfect product that your customers will gladly hand over their money for.

Effect Of Alcohol On The Blood

EFFECT OF ALCOHOL ON THE BLOOD. Dr. Richardson, in his lectures on alcohol, given both in England and America, speaking of the action of this substance on the blood after passing from the stomach, says: "Suppose, then, a certain measure of alcohol be taken into the stomach, it will be absorbed there, but, previous to absorption, it will have to undergo a proper degree of dilution with water, for there is this peculiarity respecting alcohol when it is separated by an animal membrane from a watery fluid like the blood, that it will not pass through the membrane until it has become charged, to a given point of dilution, with water. It is itself, in fact, so greedy for water, it will pick it up from watery textures, and deprive them of it until, by its saturation, its power of reception is exhausted , after which it will diffuse into the current of circulating fluid." It is this power of absorbing water from every texture with which alcoholic spirits comes in contact, that creates the burning thirst of those who freely indulge in its use. Its effect, when it reaches the circulation, is thus described by Dr. Richardson: "As it passes through the circulation of the lungs it is exposed to the air, and some little of it, raised into vapor by the natural heat, is thrown off in expiration. If the quantity of it be large, this loss may be considerable, and the odor of the spirit may be detected in the expired breath. If the quantity be small, the loss will be comparatively little, as the spirit will be held in solution by the water in the blood. After it has passed through the lungs, and has been driven by the left heart over the arterial circuit, it passes into what is called the minute circulation, or the structural circulation of the organism. The arteries here extend into very small vessels, which are called arterioles, and from these infinitely small vessels spring the equally minute radicals or roots of the veins, which are ultimately to become the great rivers bearing the blood back to the heart. In its passage through this minute circulation the alcohol finds its way to every organ. To this brain, to these muscles, to these secreting or excreting organs, nay, even into this bony structure itself, it moves with the blood. In some of these parts which are not excreting, it remains for a time diffused, and in those parts where there is a large percentage of water, it remains longer than in other parts. From some organs which have an open tube for conveying fluids away, as the liver and kidneys, it is thrown out or eliminated, and in this way a portion of it is ultimately removed from the body. The rest passing round and round with the circulation, is probably decomposed and carried off in new forms of matter. "When we know the course which the alcohol takes in its passage through the body, from the period of its absorption to that of its elimination, we are the better able to judge what physical changes it induces in the different organs and structures with which it comes in contact. It first reaches the blood; but, as a rule, the quantity of it that enters is insufficient to produce any material effect on that fluid. If, however, the dose taken be poisonous or semi poisonous, then even the blood, rich as it is in water and it contains seven hundred and ninety parts in a thousand is affected. The alcohol is diffused through this water, and there it comes in contact with the other constituent parts, with the fibrine, that plastic substance which, when blood is drawn, clots and coagulates, and which is present in the proportion of from two to three parts in a thousand; with the albumen which exists in the proportion of seventy parts; with the salts which yield about ten parts; with the fatty matters; and lastly, with those minute, round bodies which float in myriads in the blood (which were discovered by the Dutch philosopher, Leuwenhock, as one of the first results of microscopical observation, about the middle of the seventeenth century), and which are called the blood globules or corpuscles. These last named bodies are, in fact, cells; their discs, when natural, have a smooth outline, they are depressed in the centre, and they are red in color; the color of the blood being derived from them. We have discovered that there exist other corpuscles or cells in the blood in much smaller quantity, which are called white cells, and these different cells float in the blood stream within the vessels. The red take the centre of the stream; the white lie externally near the sides of the vessels, moving less quickly. Our business is mainly with the red corpuscles. They perform the most important functions in the economy; they absorb, in great part, the oxygen which we inhale in breathing, and carry it to the extreme tissues of the body; they absorb, in great part, the carbonic acid gas which is produced in the combustion of the body in the extreme tissues, and bring that gas back to the lungs to be exchanged for oxygen there; in short, they are the vital instruments of the circulation. "With all these parts of the blood, with the water, fibrine, albumen, salts, fatty matter and corpuscles, the alcohol comes in contact when it enters the blood, and, if it be in sufficient quantity, it produces disturbing action. I have watched this disturbance very carefully on the blood corpuscles; for, in some animals we can see these floating along during life, and we can also observe them from men who are under the effects of alcohol, by removing a speck of blood, and examining it with the microscope. The action of the alcohol, when it is observable, is varied. It may cause the corpuscles to run too closely together, and to adhere in rolls; it may modify their outline, making the clear defined, smooth, outer edge irregular or crenate, or even starlike; it may change the round corpuscle into the oval form, or, in very extreme cases, it may produce what I may call a truncated form of corpuscles, in which the change is so great that if we did not trace it through all its stages, we should be puzzled to know whether the object looked at were indeed a blood cell. All these changes are due to the action of the spirit upon the water contained in the corpuscles; upon the capacity of the spirit to extract water from them. During every stage of modification of corpuscles thus described, their function to absorb and fix gases is impaired, and when the aggregation of the cells, in masses, is great, other difficulties arise, for the cells, united together, pass less easily than they should through the minute vessels of the lungs and of the general circulation, and impede the current, by which local injury is produced. "A further action upon the blood, instituted by alcohol in excess, is upon the fibrine or the plastic colloidal matter. On this the spirit may act in two different ways, according to the degree in which it affects the water that holds the fibrine in solution. It may fix the water with the fibrine, and thus destroy the power of coagulation; or it may extract the water so determinately as to produce coagulation."

Disneyland Fun For All The Family

Although some time ago now, I can still remember my visit to Disneyland Florida when I was a child. This is because of the enjoyment that I felt when I was there. It was almost as though this place was a fantasy and it really is a child's dream to go there. However this isn't to say that adults can not enjoy the visit, and in fact there are a number of attractions that can be enjoyed for people of all ages. There is always something to see or do at Disneyland during the daytime, and there is also nightly entertainment during the peak season, and weekend entertainment during the off season. On Tom Sawyer's Island, a show called Fantasmic is held twice each night during the peak season and on off season weekends. It features many Disneyland characters, fireworks, and music, and although seating is free, it is recommended to purchase tickets for the show in advance for the best seating possible. Twice each day, The Parade of Dreams takes place and again includes many of the Disneyland characters, with choreographed shows featuring at various times throughout the parade. Musical shows are available at many times throughout the day, including the Snow White musical in the Fantasyland Theater. There is so much to see at Disneyland and so much going on that is impossible to get bored, and then to end the day you should not miss out on the fireworks display. The fireworks show is held late each night, before the park closes for the day. If you are staying in a Disneyland hotel you will probably even be able to see the display from there if you can not stay for the fireworks! The firework display is a perfect opportunity to take some photo snaps to remember your time there, especially if you get to view the show from in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Most of the entertainment is included in the admission price. However, consider purchasing priority seating for some events that you are desperate to see, as being able to view shows from good seating makes them even more memorable.

Why You Need A Virtual Safety Deposit Box

Advances in information technology, paired with recent weather related disasters and a growing awareness of the need for access to vital documents has lead to the creation of a new solution designed to protect your most important documents: a virtual safety deposit box. Whether you are looking for a safe place to store vital records such as birth certificates or marriage licenses, or other important documents such as health records, insurance policies, living wills or financial data, a virtual safety deposit box can help keep your critical documents just a few keystrokes away from any computer in the world. Considered a safe alternative to traditional archives in bank deposit boxes or in home lockboxes, a virtual safety deposit box provides peace of mind paired with instant access in times of need. Gaining popularity during the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005, this safe method of document storage has become a preferred method of protecting assets around the world. The news media is filled with stories of families who lost everything during the hurricanes, banks whose records were in shambles and law offices whose records perished in high water and storm damaged conditions. Elsewhere in the country and the world, stories are common about houses burning to the ground with vital records still inside, families denied access to important documents after a loved one’s death and important paperwork swept away by vicious tornados. Any asset that you have that is paper based can easily be converted for storage in a virtual safety deposit box. For a small monthly or yearly fee – comparable to the price you would pay for a bank deposit box and less than the purchase price of an in home safe – you can choose to upload copies of your documents on your own, fax or mail documents to secured processing sites, or have a technician visit your home or office to complete your archival work for you. After your virtual safety deposit box is set up, you can access your information safely and securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year from any internet connected computer on the planet. Baby Boomer Issues Health Money And Retirement

As the Baby Boomer generation continues to grow older, their primary concerns have shifted to their health, money and retirement. The days of idly wondering where their next vacation should be and whether their bonus check will be as much as they deserve are quietly passing. Today, Baby Boomer issues are mostly about concerns with maintaining their dwindling health and having enough money to live comfortably through their twilight years. Health Concerns For Baby Boomers As people grow older, they often experience problems with their health. Their bodies grow more fragile and susceptible to diseases and bacteria. In addition, many people 50 years of age and older are reporting health problems that were not experienced by people in their same age group long ago. This problem is exacerbated by rising health care costs. As the Boomer generation begins to require more medical care, the cost of that medical care continues to increase. Health issues and their ability to cope with them and find the proper medical support is a major concern for Baby Boomers. Money And Retirement Concerns For Baby Boomers Along with rising health care costs, Baby Boomers also worry about money and retirement. During the last several years of their careers before retiring, people usually enjoy salaries and bonuses that are larger than at any other point in their career. As a result, money is rarely a major concern. However, many people fail to save that money. Instead, they spend it on vacations, their families and in the pursuit of living fun and fulfilling lives. This can lead to a rude awakening when they retire. Because they have not saved much money during their career, a lot of people discover that they do not have enough money to live comfortably during their retirement years. When they retire, they no longer earn a salary. They no longer receive bonus checks. Instead, they are forced to live off the income that can be generated by the investments they have made throughout their lives. Unfortunately, many have not invested any money that can generate this income. Other Baby Boomer issues complicate this money problem. People live longer lives today. When a Baby Boomer retires, he can expect to live many years in retirement. In the past, a 65 year old man could expect to live approximately 10 years in retirement before passing away. The financial requirements of living comfortably for these 10 years were manageable for most people. Today, financial planners use a life expectancy of 90 to 95 years. That is, when a person retires at 65 years of age, he can expect to live up to 30 years in retirement. With dwindling health, rising health care costs and a lack of savings to generate a fixed income, the financial requirements of living 30 years in retirement are out of reach for many people. These health, money and retirement concerns will grow as more of the Baby Boomer generation moves into retirement. Some will choose to work part time jobs to keep active, stay healthy and generate supplemental income. Others will require the aid of family and friends. Still others may require more help than is available to them. As the Baby Boomer issues are beginning to emerge the Boomers will experience the issues that have been quietly gaining momentum for years, their health, money and retirement concerns will continue to grow.

    Motivational Keynote Speaker The Sequel

: Understanding your audience. Ten years ago, in my past life as a business consultant, I read somewhere that the average person is hit with three thousand marketing messages a week. Can you imagine what this is figure is today? Visualise that three thousand plus aliens are vying for your audience’s attention while you are executing your next keynote! Now let me add in the following for your consideration; any keen observer of human behavior in the developed world will have noticed that people have moved away from conversation to presentation and from dialogue to monologue. In summary we are in the main very poor listeners. Indeed I believe that a motivational keynote speaker is working in an attention deficit environment. So what are the implications for your communication strategy? A motivational keynote speaker needs to energize the audience: At the highest possible level as mentioned in past articles, it is paramount that you are delivering a congruent message, one drawn from walking the path of your own philosophies. Energetic, enthusiastic keynote presentations tend to hit the spot. Interactive workshop style – that is the way forward for the motivational keynote speaker: Engage or induce sleep – that is the choice? No matter how engaging you are; to deliver a challenging address to as many attendants as possible, your keynote needs to be interactive. The average attention span being generous is fifteen minutes. After this people switch off and in order to re engage, you need get them involved – exercises, discussions, role plays, whatever, just get them involved! When a participant “does” as opposes to “hears” you have geometrically increased the possibility that they will retain and use the information, quite apart from keeping them awake. Also people will remember exercises that arouse the emotions at some level. Emotion sells – no doubt about it. On the other hand, facts tend to induce sleep. Other strategies: Storytelling – stories are memorable. They tend to bypass a person’s conscious filtering system and deliver the message with impact. Use all mediums – People tend to take in information three ways:

    1. Visually they see it.
    2. Auditorally – they hear it
    3. Kinesthetically – they feel it.
Obviously when your keynote is a talkshop you are engaging only those who learn by listening. When you add in visuals or powerpoint to emphasise your points you are honouring the visual’s learning style. When you get them to participate, they have the opportunity, to engage the kinesthethics. This is a simplistic overview but the message is clear – honour all learning styles. A simple test for you – at the end of your next presentation ask people to write down what they remember most from the seminar. Number one, expect them to have been moved by your energy. Then expect a strong recall of the exercises and stories in that order. And finally, expect a poor recall of facts unless the facts are so amazing they have stirred the emotions! A bracelet is an article of clothing or jewelry, which is worn around the wrist. Bracelets can be manufactured from cloth or metal, and sometimes contain rocks, wood, and/or shells. Bracelets are also used for medical and identification purposes such as allergy bracelets and hospital tags. In the late 1980s, "snap bracelets", felt covered metal bracelets that curved around one's wrist when gently hit against it, were a popular fad. Nike and Lance Armstrong popularized the recent use of colored silicone rubber as a material for producing sports bracelets through the Yellow Livestrong band. Its success has led to the use of these 'awareness' bracelets as low cost tools for information campaigns and charity projects. These sports bracelets are also known otherwise as 'baller id bands', 'wristbands' or 'baller bands'. The in line thin diamond bracelet that features a symmetrical pattern of diamonds is called a tennis bracelet. According to Diamond Bug, in 1987 Chris Evert, the former World No. 1 woman tennis player and the winner of 18 Grand Slam singles titles, was playing in the U. S. Open. She was wearing an elegant, light in line diamond bracelet, which accidentally broke and the match was interrupted to allow Chris to recover her precious diamonds. The 'tennis bracelet' incident sparked a new name for the item and sparked a huge jewelry trend. Tennis bracelets continued to be worn by various tennis stars like Serena Williams and Gabriela Sabatini. Although the term 'armlet' may be technically similar, it is taken to mean an item that sits on the upper arm. The origin of the term 'bracelet' is from the Latin 'brachile' meaning 'of the arm', via the Old French 'barcel'. Taken in the plural, bracelets is often use as slang for handcuffs. Wristbands Wristbands are encircling strips worn on the wrist, made of any of a variety of materials depending on the purpose. The term can be used to refer to the bracelet like band of a wristwatch, to the cuff or other part of a sleeve that covers the wrist, or to decorative or functional bands worn on the wrist for other reasons. One common type of wristband is the loops of plastic or tyvek that are placed around the wrist for identification purposes (demonstrating the wearer's authorization to be at a venue, for example). Silicone wristbands More recently, wristbands, often made of silicone, are worn to demonstrate the wearer's support of a cause or charitable organization, similar to awareness ribbons. Such wristbands are sometimes called symbands to distinguish them from other types of wristbands. One of the first charitable organizations to make use of silicone wristbands as a way of demonstrating support for a cause was the yellow Livestrong wristband created in 2004 by the Lance Armstrong Foundation. By early 2005, symbands became popular with many charities, such as Make Poverty History and the BBC's Beat Bullying campaign. There is also another type of Wristband called Web band. It is an online version of the real wristband.

Debt Consolidation Loans Can Resolve Bad Credit Debt

Replacing several high interest loans or credit cards with one consolidation loan can not only lower your monthly payments, but also save you money due to the lower interest rate on the new loan. Look at the rates you are paying on your unsecured debts, i. e. credit cards with a rate of between about 13% and over 35%. These are obvious replacement loan candidates. Auto loans and store credit cards are other loans that should be paid off. If you can get a second mortgage or refinance your current first mortgage, use these funds to pay off these unsecured loans. You should be able to currently save several thousand dollars in interest payments alone. I am assuming a total loan amount above the home debt to be about $20,000. The other advantage to this plan is to reduce your monthly payments by a substantial amount. This also should allow you to gain a payment schedule that you can easily meet and even reduce quicker over time. Make sure you can pay off this new loan with extra payments with no penalty. It is a good place to put some of that extra money you have each month. This idea also takes some solid research on your part. All banks and mortgage companies do not operate the same way. Also you want to find the best rate you can get for your debt structure. Look to these sources for your consolidation loan: Local banks, local mortgage brokers, and the newest provider for these loans, the internet loan providers. There are many companies fighting each other to make these loans to folks like you. Take advantage of your popularity. Sometimes, debt consolidation companies can discount the amount of the loan. The debt consolidator will buy the loan at a discount, usually when in danger of bankruptcy. The wise debtor can easily shop around for consolidators who will pass along some of the savings. Consolidation usually affects the ability of the debtor to discharge debts in bankruptcy. It’s prudent to weigh this decision rationally. Take your future in your own hands and make this happen for your financial health. Saving money and paying off your debts faster will open your life to a freedom you have not enjoyed for a long time. A family with minimum debts has eliminated a potential family problem and replaced it with freedom. Do your self a favor and become debt free.
