    Business Process Management

Business process management is the process of designing and maintaining an environment in which individuals, working together in groups, efficiently accomplish selected aims. This basic definition needs to be expanded as manager’s carry out the managerial functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling. Management applies to any kind of organization. It applies to managers at all organizational levels. The aim of all managers is to create a surplus. Managing is concerned with productivity implying effectiveness and efficiency. Many scholars and managers have found that the analysis of business process management is facilitated by a useful and clear organization of knowledge. In studying management, it is helpful to break it down into five managerial functions involving planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling. The knowledge that underlies those functions is organized around these five functions. Managers are charged with the responsibility of taking actions that will make it possible for individuals to make their best contributions to group objectives. Management applies to small and large organizations, to profit and not for profit enterprises, to manufacturing as well as service industries. The term enterprise refers to businesses, government agencies, hospitals, universities and other organizations. In business process management, all managers carry out managerial functions. However, the time spent for each function may differ. Top level managers spend more time on planning and organizing than do lower level managers. Leading, on the other hand, takes a great deal of time for first line supervisors. The difference in the amount of time spent on controlling varies only slightly for managers at various levels. Business process management, like all other practices such as medicine, engineering or baseball, is an art. It is know how. It is doing things in light of the realities of a situation. Yet managers can work better by using organized knowledge about management. It is this knowledge that constitutes a science. Thus, managing as practice is an art; the organized knowledge underlying the practice may be referred to as a science.

    Get A Jump On Retirement

Everyone works their whole life to pay bills, go on vacation, provide for their kids, and much more. Most people dream of the day when they can retire. It is interesting to me how few people actually work as hard at planning their retirement as they do each and every day they show up for work. With a few smart decisions everyone can retire early if they want, provided they do not have any unforeseen medical issues, unemployment, or live through a natural disaster like Hurricane Katrina. Those things will obviously put a wrench in anybody’s financial plans for the future but with the proper planning even those events can’t stop you from achieving your goals. Just imagine how bad your future would look if you didn’t plan properly? The first, and most important, decision you have to make when planning your future is the one to live within your means. Many people in this country feel the need to keep up with the Jones’. Their friend or neighbor gets a nice new car so they go out and do the same. How do you know if that person you are trying to keep up with isn’t buried in a pile of debt? People max out their credit cards, keep no money in a savings account, let alone the six month emergency fund all financial professionals recommend, and keep on spending. They borrow money against their homes and spend it. I hope to help at least a few people learn the benefits of changing their lifestyle so they can live comfortably when they retire. I hate hearing about elderly people that need to chose between eating and buying medicine. Hopefully I can help prevent that from happening to a few people. I recently began a business as an independent insurance agent/financial professional, with the goal of making a difference in people’s lives. I worked for too long under the control of a major corporation, allowing them to tell me what I had to do, whether it was good for the customer or not. Deciding I had to sleep at night I finally stood up to the company and voiced my opinion when I didn’t believe in one of their policies. The company was Liberty Mutual Insurance and they wanted to begin turning away “bad” customers for auto insurance in Massachusetts, where it is illegal to turn customers away,. Massachusetts is a “take all state”. (I’d be happy to share additional details if you want to hear them. Feel free to contact me at the email in my signature below) Needless to say, I was fired for “poor performance” and I decided I would not let this happen to me again. People work hard for their money and I want to help them get the most bang for their buck as opposed to hurting them. Why Whey Protein

With all of the recent negative press given to body supplements, it makes good sense to be cautions about using different nutritional supplements as a part of your body building efforts. Whey protein has been lauded as a safe, natural and simple supplement. It's use has become popular for those genuinely interested in good health through physical fitness and body building. The importance of adequate protein levels in the body cannot be ignored. Since protein is used up when exercising, body builders must prevent muscle deterioration by maintaining protein levels. Naturally, building additional muscle mass will also require adequate levels. Whey protein is a substance that is drawn from milk. That's right, plain old cow's milk. Whey is known to be a byproduct of cheese and, until the recent discovery of its health qualities, was discarded. In fact, scientists now know that what was once considered junk is actually rich in the amino acids which help build muscles and promotes good health. As we know, protein is found in other basic foods such as meat, vegetables and grains. But, thanks to the research that has been done, we now know that whey protein is accepted by the body better. As a result body builders and other athletes can usually expect better results from whey protein than from other sources of protein. This high quality and natural product is also useful for other people who may be on special diets, whether they are for weight loss, food allergies, or even for diabetics. Remember, high quality protein is essential for optimum health...not just for body building. Use of whey protein can help others heal quicker and recover from illness quicker. As always, be sure to check with your health professional before implementing whey protein or making any other changes in your diet or routines. Like anything else, too much of a good thing can be harmful, so be sure to use it in moderation.

Book Proposals 101. What Publishers Want

Lots of writers like to talk about writing books. You hear very few talking about writing book proposals. Maybe that's why it's easy to forget that a strong book proposal is the first step to getting a great deal for your non fiction book. It's where you make the big pitch and tell the editor everything that's going to make him or her want to buy. A book proposal is also a great time saver for you because you'll find in the course of researching your book proposal whether or not your idea is viable, or whether your category is already crowded with similar books. Here are the parts that make up a book proposal, and a few tips on how to make it really stand out to a potential publisher. Title Page This is the first page of the book proposal. Your title should be centered and printed about two thirds of the way down the page. In the bottom left hand corner you'll type in your name, address, phone number, email address and the name and contact information for your agent. Overview You'll want to have two to three pages explaining the overall premise of your book. You'll also want to include a Table of Contents that shows what points will be covered in each chapter. Bio/Credentials This isn't just your usual resume stuff, this is a big opportunity to sell yourself as THE person to write the book. Write it in the third person starting with your education and credentials. You'll want to point out any experience that specifically relates to the subject matter of the book. Have you written articles or previous books on the topic? Note those as well. List any public speaking that you have done and will do in the future, including television and radio interviews. Include a really nice photo. It doesn't have to be a glamour shot, but you do want to look interesting and engaging. A 5"x7" is fine. Competition The publisher will want to know if there are books similar to yours already out there. It will help them to see that there is a market for such books. At the same time, you'll want to point out how your book will be different, or better, than what's already out there. Do not trash someone else's work. It's bad form. It's enough to say a competitor's book left something out, or doesn't cover a certain aspect. If you don't know what competing books exist, you can look them up in Books in Print. Most libraries have it in the reference section. Outline This will be your chapter by chapter outline showing what you will cover, point by point, in each chapter. You can plan on allotting about half a page per chapter. Sample Chapters This is where you get to show that you really can write! You should submit at least three chapters of content. It doesn't have to be the first three chapters, but if you haven't written anything yet those may be the easiest to do. Then again, some writers like to start in the middle of a book! The main key here is to be good no typos, no misspellings and no factual errors. Marketing The marketing section of your book proposal is so important that many publishers will often read it first. So make sure you spend the time to make this the best it can be. Lay out your whole marketing plan here. Explain who your target audience is, how big it is and why they will buy this book. How do you plan on reaching them? Are you buying your own advertising? If so, in what publications and what is their combined circulation? Will you be reaching out to book clubs, corporations or college classes where you book could be taught? How can you make your book stand out against the ones that are already out there? You want to make the case that there is a ready made audience out there and all the publisher has to do is reach out and grab them by signing you. Promotion Remember, a publisher wants to acquire you and your connections, so this is another important section of the proposal. How will you put yourself out there for your book? You'll want to explain if you'll be doing public speaking, or maybe you have a huge list you communicate with via newsletter every month. How many are on your list? If you plan to hire your own publicist, put that fact in as well. Do you have famous connections that will help you get great blurbs? Do you have a budget? If so, how much? Yes, they do want to know if you plan on spending some of your own money! Publishing Details Here you'll detail the length you propose for the book (in words) and whether the book will have any illustrations or photos. You'll also want to give an estimate for the time you'll need to turn in the finished manuscript. And that's it. When your proposal is done you might want to hire an editor or a book consultant to go over it and give you some strong feedback. That way you'll know you have it in the best shape possible and you can feel confident when you're sending it out. © 2005 Sophfronia Scott

    Watercolor Artists

Watercolor Artists Watercolor is an amazing type of painting that does take plenty of skill to do well with. Most people don’t realize there is plenty involved besides just having an idea to put onto the paper or to the canvas. A watercolor artist has to be able to understand the various techniques and when to use them. They also have to know how to mix the paints, the right brushes to use, and how to manipulate the water that is used so it won’t be a deterrent to them. There are some watercolor artists that are just emerging into the field. They may do this type of painting as a hobby right now but want to be more serious with it in the future. There are various organizations that watercolor artists can join as well. This can be exciting because it allows you to share your passion with others that have a similar interest. Many of these are online organizations and you can share information and show each other pictures. You will find these are often comfortable communities where a person interested in watercolor can learn a great deal. You can ask questions, offer solutions to others, and make great friends. You can also learn information about new watercolor ideas and techniques that you may want to experiment with. There have been many well known and recognized watercolor artists out there in our history. One of the most well known individuals in this area is Dong Kingman. He was born in 1911 and died in 2000. In his lifetime he earned all of the various awards possible from various organizations in the area of watercolors. He was also very helpful to students interested in learning the art of watercolor. Georgia O’Keefe is one of the most well know female watercolor artists in our history. She was born in 1887 and died in 1986. Most of her watercolor work is simple yet very well done at the same time. She mainly painted people and landscapings. She was a modernist and she also painted some controversial nude paintings of women with watercolors. Many of them were in the form of a side angle in order to help them to be modest at the same time.

    Legacies Are Societal Actions

Have you ever thought that you have not done much with your life? During a recent conversation with a very dear friend, she expressed this very same sentiment. I was astounded that this energetic, high family and work ethic person had this negative self image, but pleased that she felt comfortable sharing this thought. Quickly, I began to ask her questions about all of the “Legacies” that she had left in this world during the last 60 plus years. Since her retirement, she relocated to be near her daughters, grandchildren and in laws to support them. This support included taking her grandchildren to necessary school functions, being there for them after school while still being actively involved in her church and local civic organizations. Her high values, unselfish and positive attitudes to overcome life’s challenges became a rock for her family and friends. As we continued to talk, she expressed several times how I made her feel much better. Her honesty provided me with the opportunity to return one of the many legacies that she had shared with me during our 30 plus year friendship. After our conversation ended, I began to wonder why someone with such incredible gifts and who had personally left countless individual legacies with so many people had such feelings of inadequacy? Possibly, the presence of the media from local newspapers to television to the Internet may contribute to the development of these feelings. When we hear and see the success of others who have reached high positions whether in business or government, we may start comparing our accomplishments with these high profile media persons. Unfortunately what happens is that many of our “average” citizens fail to understand that it is these average citizens who are the backbone of this country and without their legacies we would not be the country that we are. Plato recognized the importance of citizens over 2000 years ago when he wrote, “ This City is what it is because our citizens are what they are.” Each of us lives a legacy, not when we are gone from this earth, but when we are here. Our legacy may be something as simple as a smile to a complete stranger to taking the time to help a friend or co worker through a difficult situation. Just imagine what the world could be like if everyone looked at every interaction as an opportunity to leave a legacy? What would happen to your personal relationships if you intentionally acted with the desired end result to make each and every interchange one in which you left a legacy that the other person could build upon and then later share with another? Or how about at work? What additional heights could your team reach and how much stronger would your organization be by such “Legacy Leaving Actions”? With the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and the fourth anniversary of 9/11 on the horizon, the American public is being reminded of the importance of legacies. Citizens both private and corporate across the country are demonstrating “Legacy Leaving Actions” by donating their time and resources to help those affected by this natural disaster. Through the stories of those who survived 9/11 and those who didn’t, again, American citizens can hear and even see how they, average American citizens, left legacies during that fateful day which changed our country forever. Legacies are intentional societal choices that we make every day. By being aware of these choices, makes us better citizens, better parents, better friends and ultimately makes for a better world for our children and the next generation. So as you venture forth today or tomorrow, ask yourself “Where can I leave my legacy?” and “How will that legacy benefit another citizen?” 619 Words Copyright 2005(c) Leanne Hoagland Smith, . processspecialist. com This article may be freely published. Arthritis The Inflammatory Disease

One of the most common conditions in the United States today is a debilitating inflammatory disease that affects our joints. It is estimated that there are over 100 different forms of this disease and over 40 million people suffer from one form or another. Though typically thought to be an affliction of the aging, arthritis can affect anyone at any time, and with all of the different forms, each with their own symptoms, it could be hard to determine just what type of arthritis an individual is suffering from. The signs and symptoms of arthritis are varied, though some of the first symptoms are familiar and easy to recognize. Symptoms such as general pain or swelling around the joints, an increased stiffness in the joints in the morning, a cracking sound in the knees when standing, and joints with a red appearance that feel warm to the touch are all signs of arthritis. However, before you rush to purchase an over the counter arthritis treatment, you should talk to your doctor. Your doctor is the only one who will be able to tell you what form of arthritis you may have and how to treat it. Rheumatoid arthritis is one of the most common forms of arthritis that plagues sufferers. It affects the joints and is a systemic disease that can affect other organs. Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms tend to disappear after sometime, but the problem is still there. The true cause of rheumatoid arthritis is presently unknown, though many suggest that things such as infections, fungi, or bacteria are the culprits. However, there are also those that believe that rheumatoid arthritis is hereditary. Painful and swollen joints are a common warning sign of rheumatoid arthritis, followed by muscle pain, extreme fatigue, redness and warmth at the joints, even a low grade fever and appetite loss. Next to rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis is a common affliction, caused by breaking down of joint cartilage. Osteoarthritis commonly begins in one joint and typically only affects the one joint. It does not move to internal organs. Osteoarthritis commonly affects the knees, hips, hands, and spine. By the time the pain starts setting in for an osteoarthritis sufferer, the damage to the affected joint cartilage could be considerable. Relieving pain from a form of arthritis can be as simple as over the counter or prescription medication. However, in the most severe cases, surgery may be necessary. Being overweight can also play a role in arthritis. Some physicians believe that a change in diet can also ease the pain of arthritis, though there is a lot of debate on the topic. Regardless, you should speak to your doctor who can tell you just what form of arthritis you may have, and what treatment options may work best for you.

Dogs Help Youth See Themselves In A New Way

Young people are learning responsibility and gaining self confidence in a 4 H program where they train Seeing Eye dogs. More than 70 4 H clubs in New Jersey and the surrounding region are training 800 dogs in a unique partnership with The Seeing Eye an organization that enhances the independence of blind people. Consistent with the 4 H tradition of youth leadership, the young people, not their parents, are responsible for the dogs. The youth teach the dogs basic obedience, socialize them with people, and expose them to situations they might encounter as Seeing Eye dogs. Seventeen year old Esther Middlekauff, president of the Ocean County 4 H Club in New Jersey, is raising her sixth dog for the program. She leads the club members in activities and serves as a mentor for kids who are not familiar with the responsibility necessary for working with these special dogs. "Training can be hard," she said, "but it helps us all build character and persistence." Working with the dogs can also help give youth a sense of purpose. Ezekiel Gonzalez, a resident at the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission's Fresh Start community home, had few chances to show his true potential. That all changed when he met Spock. Spock is a 1 year old Labrador retriever that Ezekiel, 18, and the other youth at the home are helping foster for the Ocean County 4 H Club. Ezekiel is learning many personal lessons working with the dog. "Spock shows me how to be patient," he said. "He looks to me for support and to keep him safe." "For these boys to take care of something of their own gives them hope. Spock is a very helpful addition to both our residents and staff," said Michael Dindak, Fresh Start superintendent. The 4 Hers appreciate the value of their work, even though it can be difficult. "Sometimes a good thing is hard to do," said Esther. "But I know that my dog will help someone and that is their job." 4 H is a community of young people across America learning leadership, citizenship and life skills.

    What Does Autism Look Like

If you want to know what an autistic child looks like, look at your own child or grandchild. Look at the children who live next door to you and take a glimpse at every child you walk past on the street. These could very well be the faces of autism. There is no visible indication that a child is affected by this disturbing neurological disorder. Autism is the king of all tricksters. I know this to be true because whenever my husband and I take our son to the store or doctor’s office, the looks of disgust we receive in response to his unruly behavior never let up. Unless we inform someone, and we always have to, no one has a clue that he is autistic. When our ten requests for Darius to “settle down” won’t get through to him, when he is climbing on chairs or is having a screaming fit, people continue to stare through us with questions of, “Why won’t they do something about him?” or “If that were my child I’d really handle him.” From time to time, I find myself getting upset about the glares from individuals who would never think autism is the culprit. There have even been occasions when I’ve had to get a little nasty with those brave souls who dared to make a rude comment or stare for just a little longer than necessary. But, after all of the annoyance and rude exchanges, autism still lingers. It seems to me the only thing left to do is educate rather than disassociate. So, what exactly is autism? A lot of people I’ve crossed paths with have no clue as to what this disorder is and are quick to misconstrue the meaning of autistic with ‘artistic’. Autism doesn’t have anything to do with the arts; our children are extremely talented, but artistic and autistic are two different things. Autism (pronounced awe tizem) is an illness that affects social and communication skills. Some Autistic children have a hard time playing with others and making friends and some can’t talk. Many autistic children display behaviors that may include: repetitively pouring liquids from cup to cup, spinning around and not getting dizzy, not wanting to be touched or hugged, lining up toys and screaming for hours. Of course, every Autistic child is different. There are varying levels of this disorder and that’s why it is called a ‘spectrum’. My seven year old, who is on the low end of the spectrum is nonverbal and is only able to show me what he wants by taking me to it or bringing a picture to me. The fact that he can’t communicate is the reason for most of his severe temper tantrums. Imagine for a moment being frustrated, but not being able to express why. Imagine you have a toothache, but you’re not able tell anyone. Think how you would feel if you really wanted affection, but a simple stroke of your skin caused physical pain. These are a few of the things my son must face and because of this, I have become determined to put up a good fight for his life. Right now, no one expert has been able to confirm what causes autism, but one thing is certain: bad parenting IS NOT the cause of this impairment. Unfortunately, you still have some who are ready and willing to wave the idea around that a parent can inflict autism onto their child. There are a few people I know who are still quick to say that there is nothing wrong with my son and he only needs to be disciplined. Although such an accusation hurts deeply, I now understand that it doesn’t matter who the person is or how well educated they may think they are on the subject of autism; no one can truly comprehend what it’s like to raise an autistic child unless they are raising one themselves. I’ve recently come to the conclusion that there is nothing I can do about those who frown upon us. Autism is a part of my family’s life and it forever will be. A long time ago I accepted that we don’t fit into an ordinary mold; we do what we can to get over the next challenge that autism presents to us. So far, my husband and I have laughed in Autism’s face while celebrating our eight year old’s honor roll status and our seven year old finally waving hello and goodbye. We’ve shown and proved that autism will not come in between our dreams of normalcy and happiness. Still, there will forever be a battle to win with those who feel a disability is only a disability when it screams out at you from a wheelchair. There will always be one individual who thinks a good whipping is the only cure needed for an autistic child. Sadly, for the millions of parents who know better, we can only continue to do what we do best: love and support our children. Nobody else will. We are the keepers of disappointment when we find that medical insurance does not cover highly expensive and much needed behavior therapy. We are the proactive and often angry parents questioning why sensory integration and assistive technology aren’t incorporated into our children’s individual education plan (IEP). And some of those children are the ones you see in the grocery store shrieking at the top of their lungs or darting off nonstop at a moment’s notice. So please, don’t be quick to judge the parents. Looks are very deceiving. Take into account that it may not just be bad behavior; it may be autism.

The Keys To Obtaining And Refinancing Your College Loan

The importance of education cannot be denied. However, getting a good education today requires a lot of money. For a student from an average economical background, a good education could be quite out of reach without external financial help. In such circumstances, obtaining a student loan is the best option for him or her. This is a loan that is taken out to pay for the borrower’s college education. These loans have a payback period spread over a relatively long time, and carry lower interest rates as compared to other kinds of loans. Student loans can be sponsored either privately, or by the government. Of the two, government sponsored loans are preferable because they offer lower rates of interest. The other advantages are that the interest paid on a government loan is tax deductible, the repayment can sometimes be deferred if the borrower goes back to school and, in certain cases, the loan can even be forgiven. Private loans on the other hand, whether secured or unsecured, are treated no differently from other types of loans, and have to be paid back similarly. A good credit rating is necessary for securing a student loan, and a bad credit rating would adversely affect the application, as it is with other loans. It is therefore advisable to look for student loans that do not accord top priority to credit history or ratings. The rate of interest applicable to the loan is very important and should be one of the prime considerations when selecting a loan. A careful survey of the available options is warranted to ensure securing the loan that carries the lowest rate of interest. During the course of a student’s education, a number of loans may be required in order to cater for the entire expenses. Since loans have to be repaid, prudent consideration should be given to the nature of employment expected to be available on completion of college education, and the salary it would yield. This would form the core of the funds used for the repayment. Another option for repayment is refinancing of the loan. Student loan refinancing is very common these days and a great many options are available. Consolidating them into a single loan, through refinancing, clears off separate loans. Refinancing offers a lower installment amount and a lower interest rate, which is spread over a considerably long time span, facilitating easy handling and repayment. However, by consolidating a government loan with a private loan, you ultimately end up paying much more than you would have on the separate loans. Hence, if both federal and private student loans need to be repaid through refinancing, they should not be consolidated into one loan, as the interest rates would be lower for the government loans, than that of the private ones. The best way then would be to refinance them separately in order to avoid paying a higher interest rate on the combined principal. Furthermore, a good credit history would allow getting good interest rates on refinancing, In all, the salient points would be to borrow to cover only what is absolutely necessary, get loans at the minimum possible interest rates, maintain a good credit history, avoid mixing government and private loans while consolidating, and being prompt in your loan repayments.

    Free Webhosting

People say that the best things in life are free and this could be quite true for many aspects of life. The basic necessities such as air, sunlight, among many other things are still accessible to people without bills or tag prices. But there are many great things in life that you really need to pay for in order to acquire. This is true mostly with new stuff like gadgets, cars, and whatnot. To get the best, you have to shell out some money. When it comes to webhosting this may be true because free webhosting services are great for a small site starting out. However once a site gets busy and is growing, the free option is not really recommended, particularly for ecommerce websites. The reason why is because free webhosting companies usually cannot provide three important things: a good up time guarantee, good support turnaround time, and quality customer service. You get what you pay for. Good and Realistic Up time Guarantee A good webhosting service should be able to provide a realistic up time guarantee. While most free webhosting services may indeed promise to keep your website throughout the year, they usually do not have enough resources to guarantee this. Free webhosting services are a bargain for a small hobby site, but are bound to be subject to glitches and technical problems and you cannot really complain as much since your not paying for their service anyway. The service is free and ranting does not make much of a difference unlike for paid companies who see you as a customer that should be king (or queen) rather than just a free member. Of course paid webhosting services may also be subject to some technical glitches – they do get downtime sometimes, but since they have more resources to deal with problems, they can guarantee a better downtime than free services. Plus since you are paying you can demand customer service. Realistically, paid webhosting services may not be able to guarantee 100% downtime, but they can guarantee up to 99.9% downtime, which is pretty good compared to how much free services can promise. Because of this, free webhosting services are not really recommended especially for business websites that require their sites to be up and running at all times, or at least 99% of the time. Good Support Turnaround Time Another important thing that a webhosting service should make available for their clients is a good support turnaround time. Webhosting services should be able to respond to your inquiries as fast as possible. If you encounter problems like downtime and send an inquiry or request to your web host, you need them to respond immediately, or else your website and your business might be compromised. You might not be able to expect this from free services. You didn't pay so why should they jump when you say so? At the most you can expect them to have only web based or email inquiry aside from a preset troubleshooting FAQ page. While these could suffice for minor problems, they may not work for dire situations where you need immediate action. Only paid companies could guarantee good support turnaround time because they are the only ones who can usually afford to hire support staff to work around the clock. Most paid webhosting companies have 24 hour support teams that could help you practically anytime unlike free services who probably only have voluntary teams that work from time to time. Quality Customer Service The above is very much connected to the quality of support service. You should be able to obtain a high quality of customer service from your web host. Not only should they be able to respond to you fast when you have problems, they should also be able to provide you with useful answers that can actually fix your dilemmas. Free services usually do not have customer service personnel who are specifically trained to troubleshoot problems. Again, they might just have volunteers who provide services when they can, but they most likely do not work in an established customer service system that paid services implement. But hey, the free price is right. Paid services actually hire and train people to work on customer service specifically. They are bound to be ready to help you when you have problems, and they are highly skilled to give practical and effective solutions to most, if not all of the glitches you might encounter. Free stuff are always welcome because money is indeed useful to hang onto, however there are important things that you cannot really just cut corners about. If you own a business website, it is not recommended for you to get free webhosting services. You might get something good for something free but you cannot always be sure that you would get what you need for your business. Free webshosting is great for a hobby or family site or something simple. But when you get busy and professional you need to switch to some professional webhosting too.
