Lesson From The Past Stand Up

One of Eminem's popular rap lyrics really hit the spot. That rap song frankly posed the question: “Will the real Christians please stand up?” Day after day, people go into their usual routine without finding that “certain something” that will give them a sense of satisfaction or fulfillment in life. Everyday, many people go about doing the same thing. But no matter what they do or how they do it, dissatisfaction always meets them at the ends of the day. It seems that, day in and out, people's roster of activities just swirl around into futility. Alas, there' hope – Jesus. “Just a glimpse of Him,” according to a popular song, “...is enough to chase away those clouds of fears and worries.” Entering His presence will bring incomparable and unthinkable changes to one's life. With Him, life will have a direction. No more unnecessary swerving. No more aimless odyssey. Living a life in Christ can be an adventure and a challenge. He, like a message needs a channel... or a vessel that can be used to share the truth. And this is where the problem comes in. His supposed channels are being bugged down with social anxiety – the overwhelming fear, apprehension, and worry about their social status and “being evaluated by peers.” Christians, in all parts of the globe, who are supposed to make the Supreme Being known, experience the same mouth muzzling phenomenon that prevents them from sharing their faith. Butterflies in the stomach, palms cold and clammy, body parts sweating and shaky – these and other physical manifestations can be observed in people who experience social anxiety. According to anxiety experts, chronic and persistent social anxiety attacks in a person can cause distress that inhibits the person from performing normal social functions. In relation to this, as a Christian, you are to constantly socialize and make Jesus known to your acquaintance. Maybe it's time to come out of the shell. Also, instead of opening their mouth and speak forth the gospel, Christians nowadays find hard to share what is supposed to be inside of them. And who could blame them? After a series of faith professing actions, all the people around you will automatically be on the look out for your every reaction and temperament. One lapse of judgment and it's doomsday. However, this is what is expected in us. Occasional slip ups and snippets are permissible. Just look at the early disciples, they are no born saints. Time and time again, they commit blunders that they themselves find unforgivable. However, they don't let their cares get ahead of them. “They leave the past behind, and let it worry for itself.” They are good in coping with anxiety. As part of their coping with anxiety regimen, the early saints learned not to compare themselves with each other. They understood that they are unique and had their own “parts” to play. In this life, no disciple of God or Christian in the contemporary setting could have a victorious walk in Him if they constantly compare themselves to others. They would just end up in defeat. The ultimate goal is not to outperform one another, but to be like the Master. It is also obvious that each one of the disciples had their fair share of panic attacks. Peter denied Jesus thrice because of his “overwhelming fear” from Roman and Jewish authorities. Paul, which was still named Saul, had an overwhelming hatred of Christianity and was even responsible for putting to death some of Jesus' disciples. And the list goes on. But did they give up? No. Instead of giving up, they trusted the ever flowing grace of God. They understood that submitting to God's grace is the best innovation in coping with anxiety. And we can read in the Scriptures that, after their repentance, they were empowered with the strength beyond their imagination. So next time you think of succumbing to anxiety or any problem that could stop you from sharing your faith, remember that our patriarchal model never did. They kept on pursuing the goal...to leave behind a testimony and an example to follow... so the next generation of real Christians will not only stand up, but will “stand out.”

    Christmas Season Versus Holiday Season

In the United States, the month of December is the Christmas Season, not the Holiday Season. To the best of my knowledge there is only one holiday in December recognized by our government. December 25 was made a legal holiday in order to celebrate the birth of Christ. There are no other legal holidays during the month of December. Chanukah, Hannukah, or Hanukah is a celebration and, some say, a Jewish Holiday but it is not a legal holiday. Kwanza is a celebration and not a legal holiday. Christmas Eve is not a day and New Years Eve is not a day. We don't call the month of May, the Holiday Season, even though that's when Memorial Day is celebrated. On Martin Luther King Day we don't have holiday parades, we have Martin Luther King Day parades. We don't say happy holiday on the Fourth Of July, we say Happy Independence day or Happy Fourth Of July. Why then, do some people insist that we say happy holiday and holiday season when we are celebrating Christmas? I'll tell you why. It is because the organized religion of atheism (Yes atheism, is an organized religion, it is a religion of non belief.) is waging war against Christianity as the first battle in a war against all other religions. If they can defeat Christianity in this country of Christians, then they can defeat all religions that believe in a God or higher power. I am a Christian. I don't, however, know for sure, if Christ is the son of God or if he was a teacher or what. I do know, that I believe in the teachings ascribed to him. I do know, that even though we are humans and therefore can not and do not always follow all of those teachings, that if we all tried to live by those teachings of love and kindness, the whole world would be a better place. I also know that, I want Christ to be the Son of God because then it would mean that God did and does care about us and that there may very well be a Heaven. I disagree with the director of special projects for the American Family Association when he says, "Christmas is not a holiday" and that calling Christmas a holiday "devalues our nation's most holy day." Christmas is a holiday. In fact, I consider Christmas and the Fourth Of July to be this country's two most important and happiest holidays. The Fourth Of July celebrates the birth of our nation and Christmas celebrates the birth of Christ. Workers are given Christmas Day off with pay, school children are given several days off for Christmas vacation. Offices hold Christmas parties. Families get together, listen to Christmas music, stuff themselves with food and give each other gifts. Marines collect "Toys For Tots". The Salvation Army puts out it's kettles and collects money which is used to help needy people all year long. Many family members who have been feuding all year round get together and forgive each other. Christmas is a holiday of love and forgiveness. Christmas is a holiday that everyone, not just Christians, should celebrate. Almost no one denies that Christ did exist at one time. The controversy is, whether or not he is the son of God. Putting that controversy aside, Christ preached or taught "peace on earth and goodwill towards men". If people bemoan the fact that John Lennon died because he was a fighter for peace, how can they not celebrate the fact that Christ was born? Christ was arguably the original teacher of peace, forgiveness and goodness. He lived and died promoting peace. He not only promoted peace, he lived peace. He not only taught forgiveness, he lived forgiveness. Christ set an example that has lived for over two thousand years. If Martin Luther King can have a holiday, if Presidents, Veterans, labor and others can have their own holidays, why shouldn't Christ have a holiday. A note to other religions: You should support Christmas. If you allow the atheists to kill off Christmas, it could be your religion that they go after next. There is a war being fought today. I'm not talking about the war in Iraq. I'm talking about the war against religion being brought by atheists and certain hard line fanatics on the far left. Right now, they are winning the war because religious groups are not fighting back in a cohesive manner. If religious groups don't help each other, someday they will all cease to exist and the United States will become another Soviet Union. Taking away our right to participate in religion and to celebrate our religion is a first step in taking away our other freedoms. One of the main reasons that the United States was able to become so great is that, contrary to what the atheists and some others tell you, we are not a secular country. Our whole method of government and our laws come in large part from our forefathers religious beliefs. It may not seem so, but I am not agaisnt all atheists. They have a right to believe in non belief and I support that right. I am just against the activists that are trying to force their non beliefs down my throat. I am willing to leave them alone if they are willing to leave me and mine alone. The problem is that they won't leave us alone. They don't want to allow us to believe as we wish. They want us to believe as they do. They don't believe in Christmas so they want to take Christmas away from us. One final note to all you major retailers who want to sell me gifts for me to give as Christmas presents, if you won't acknowledge the Christmas Season in your advertising and in your stores, then don't expect me to shop in your stores. If you insist in saying holiday season and happy holidays instead of Christmas Season and Merry Christmas, then I will insist in not dealing with you. For the time being, at least, you are free to do as you wish and I'm free do as I wish. My wish is to boycott you, not only during the Christmas Season but for a long time to come. Heck, I'm still boycotting everything French and I've been boycotting Jane Fonda and Shirley MacLaine since the Vietnam War.

Ct How To Litter Train Your Cat

"Cat Health: Litter Training ABC's" One of the most daunting tasks that you have as a cat owner is litter training them. You would not want them to soil your bed sheet or wet your favorite furniture. In litter training your pet cat, make sure that you start while they are young kittens and they will surely carry this habit as they grow. Here are the basics on how you can successfully litter train your cat: 1. Familiarize your cat with the "safe" areas within your house. You may use crate training while the cat is young. This is so that they will not roam around the house freely when they are not properly trained yet. By giving them free rein on every area or room in your house, you will let your pet think that they can litter everywhere. For starters, familiarize you cat with the areas around the house where they can roam around. Then start introducing the area where the litter box is located. As a pet owner, you would basically have an idea of when your cat will eliminate. The most likely times are after feeding, when they wake up and after going outside and walking. 2. Feed them on a regular basis. Feeding your cat on a regular basis would help maintain a schedule of some sort within their system. After feeding, try to entice them to go to the area where the litter box is located. Play with them for some time and once they are about to eliminate, the litter box is easily within reach. Doing this on a regular basis would more or less train your cat of the proper place to soil or urinate. When your cat takes a catnap, place her near a litter box after waking. Make sure that you muster encouraging words and stroke the coat to soothe her. This is also your way of showing your cat that you are pleased about what she is doing. 3. Clean the litter box. Cats are very tidy creatures. If they see or feel that the litter box is dirty, they will not want to go there. These are some ways to keep the litter box clean and train your cat to use it: Your cat would not use a litter box that smells bad. After your cat has used the litter box, make sure that it is cleaned for the next time that your pet needs to use it. Discard the old litter immediately after use. Rinse the litter box with water. You can add some lemon juice or vinegar to remove the smell of urine. This would make the litter box clean and pleasant smelling to your cat. Place the litter box in an area that is easily accessible to your cat. If you assign one room for them, you may place the litter box at the opposite end of their sleeping area. Always supply your cat with clean water to drink, this may also be placed near the litter box so that they can urinate there after drinking. If you have more than one cat, place several litter boxes in strategic areas. 4. If your cat suddenly stops using the litter box, it may be caused by stress. Cats will react to stress by urinating or soiling your favorite piece of furniture. There are also physical reasons why your cat will soil your carpet or wet your bed sheet. Your cat may have urinary tract problems that you would not know about. It is best to consult your veterinarian if your cat suddenly urinates a lot or soils your furniture. A sudden change in your cats behavior means that you should consult with a professional. 5. Do not associate the litter box with punishment. You may also use psychology for litter training your cat. If they litter on your carpet, do not lead them to the litter box after the fact. If you do this, the litter box would serve as their punishment and it will be very hard for you to get them to use it again. Do not scold your pet because they cannot help it if they have not been suitably house broken yet. Praise your cat and shower them with a lot of affection for each time that they use the litter box. With enough time and patience, you can learn to litter train your pet cat and succeed while doing so.

Caffeine Addiction And Chronic Fatigue Recovery

In spite of being a constituent in products commonly used for energy, caffeine over stimulates the adrenal glands, which only causes the illusion of an increase in energy due to increasing the hormone adrenaline. Over time, excessive use of caffeinated substances will cause an adrenal addiction and the glands will produce less adrenaline naturally until they no longer produce at all, which will lead to permanent fatigue since the adrenals are not known to regenerate. Those addicted to caffeine are on a dangerous downhill slope and need to take decisive action because it will only get harder to recover later. Naturally with everyone having to run around as a ‘human doing’ rather than as a ‘human being’ just to make ends meet in society today, the last thing most people have the energy for is to break a habit. Breaking habits definitely requires substantially more energy to overcome them than it does to maintain the habit, but almost all of this is mental—a purely mental battle where one generally surrenders to routines rather than muster the strength or courage to break through to a new level. Mental fatigue is becoming more commonplace and it is a huge factor in the overall energy of the body itself, so even thoughts about change that will require more energy can be tiresome for an individual with chronic fatigue syndrome. The general response to the thought of quitting caffeine is that it is needed for energy, however admittedly dysfunctional that may be, and it would be too difficult to survive the day without it. So, it is actually the crystallized fear of fatigue that encodes the belief that one cannot overcome it or do without it. However, there is a way to overcome fatigue, particularly chronic fatigue while recovering from long term caffeine addiction. Effective caffeine elimination should be done gradually if it is to be a smooth transition without putting the body into shock. A common side effect of strict elimination after extended periods of use is headaches from caffeine withdrawal, which is also a clear sign of the addiction in the body. Generally, a gradual period over a month or two is a reasonable goal to set for complete transition away from caffeinated substances. The most common culprits for caffeine intake are coffee, tea (excluding herbal teas), sodas, and chocolate, which are not usually issues if enjoyed in moderation. However, when significant amounts are consumed daily, the body is thrown from its natural state of balance within the physiology of its physical and energetic systems. Contributing factors exacerbated by caffeine addiction as a compounding factor are surface breathing, hormone imbalances, and a lowered immune system. Concentration on these three main areas while weaning off of caffeine can make the transition much smoother for most people. Treatment of a condition is often formulaic, targeting the combination of root stresses responsible for its existence. Surface breathing is how most people breathe, which is too shallow, and changing breathing patterns requires a conscious effort. It is well worth the discipline to breathe deeply and efficiently because deeper breath oxygenates the blood more completely and facilitates the removal of toxins from the blood stream. Increased oxygenation is a major factor that improves all of the bodily systems, organs, and vital forces necessary for fully functioning holistic health. Hormone imbalances in the thyroid, pineal and pituitary glands can be contributing factors in fatigue related issues. The hormones in these glands are easily imbalanced by increased adrenaline in the system, thus their functions are interrupted by continual caffeine consumption. If allowed to continue for long periods of time these imbalances can be completely disruptive to many systems of the body and its energies. The immune system can be strengthened by the above mentioned breathing exercises to help with the elimination of toxins, however, when the immune system has been suppressed for long periods of time it is necessary to take purifying and immune enhancing substances to bring the body back into harmonious balance. Getting proper rest, enough vitamins and minerals, and drinking enough water are the cornerstones of restoring the body to health, in addition to taking herbal extracts that have tonic actions on specific systems. While herbal extracts are a part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle within alternative medicine, they should never be used to the exclusion of qualified care from a licensed physician. Both modalities are important for balance and seeking out a physician that is open to alternative therapies is worth the effort it takes to find one.

    About Winter Sports Travel Insurance

As the days grow shorter and summer becomes a memory, many of us will be turning our thoughts towards planning a winter vacation, especially one involving winter sports such as skiing. Travel insurance is an often overlooked part of holiday planning, but if you plan on taking part in sporting activites then it really is essential. A normal travel insurance policy will probably not be up to the standard you need for winter sports, and if things go wrong you could be left facing a huge bill. So what features should you be looking for in a policy? Injury Cover No matter how accomplished a skiier you are, hurtling down a mountain is always going to be more risky than simply lying on a beach working on a tan. And if you do have an accident, a mountainside isn't the easiest place for medical services to reach. If you're unlucky enough to need a mountain rescue or airlift to hospital, you'll be facing a bill running into the thousands even before you get medical attention. This sort of expense is likely to be specifically excluded on a standard insurance policy, but will be an integral part of almost any winter sports cover. Equipment Most winter sports require expensive equipment, and where there are valuables there's always the chance of theft. Your insurance should provide enough cover to fully replace your equipment with brand new items if necessary, right there at the resort. Even if you plan to hire your equipment, the hire company will probably require insurance and your own policy is likely to be cheaper than the standard one they'll try to sell you. Liability Even the best skiiers or snowboarders can be involved in an accident in which someone else gets injured. Whether or not an accident is your fault, you could end up being taken to court and this is usually a long and expensive process. A decent insurance policy will cover costs from any legal proceedings and / or compensation payments. Closure of Piste If bad weather (or warm weather!) means that the pistes are closed and you can't ski, your policy should pay you compensation to cover the costs of any pre booked lessons or lift fees, and many will even include a payment simply to cover the inconvenience of not being able to ski. Off Piste A final point to note is that a standard winter sports policy will probably only cover you for accidents that occur when skiing on designated pistes. If you plan to go off piste, then make sure your insurance will cover this you'll probably have to pay a supplement. As with most kinds of insurance, paying out for travel insurance can seem like a waste of money. However, if you find yourself caught up in an accident on the mountainside then the costs involved can be truly frightening and you'll be glad you took the time to arrange adequate cover in advance!

Good Fats And Bad Fats What Is The Real Difference

For most of us, eating is one of the most satisfying things we do in our everyday lives. As a matter of fact, we have our favorite dishes, favorite drinks and favorite snack foods which only proves that eating is one of our favorite activities. There’s really nothing wrong with that since food, a primary necessity of man, is the one responsible for making us healthy, fit and giving us energy to perform everyday tasks. But improper intake of food might do us more harm than good. Proper information about healthy eating should always be at hand so that certain illnesses can be prevented, and as for the case of obesity, it can be treated through fat burning and weight loss. A common misconception in the area of food and nutrition is that fat is always bad. But is it really? Fat is the body's major energy storage system. When the energy from the food we eat and drink can't be used by our body right away, the body turns it into fat for later use. The body uses fat from foods for energy, to cushion organs and bones, and to make hormones and regulate blood pressure. Some fat is also necessary to maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. Thus, one should not eradicate all fat from the diet. But, too much fat can lead to many health problems such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes and more. We can determine that not all fats are created equal and knowing the difference between the bad ones and the good ones will lead you to making healthier choices. There are the saturated fats – the unhealthy ones – and the unsaturated fats – the good and healthy ones. Let’s review each and see just how different they really are. Saturated Fat: Unhealthy Ones Saturated fats, which are generally solid at room temperature, are the least healthy and tend to increase the level of cholesterol in our blood. They are also largely responsible for causing artery blockage which leads to eventual heart failure. Foods that contain saturated fat include butter, cheese, margarine, shortening, tropical oils such as coconut and palm oil and the fats in meat and poultry skin. Consumption of these oils and foods should be limited. Otherwise, they may bring serious health problems. Unsaturated Fat: Healthy Ones Unsaturated fats reduce blood cholesterol when they replace saturated fats in the diet. There are two types of unsaturated fat: monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat. Monounsaturated fats have been shown to raise the level of HDL (the 'good' cholesterol that protects against heart attacks) in the blood, so in moderation they can be part of a healthy diet. This is why they are known as the good fats. Olive, canola, and peanut oils are good sources of monounsaturated fats. All fats, even the good ones will still make you gain weight if too much is consumed. The key here is to keep all fats in moderation but try to make the majority of your fat intake come from the good ones whenever possible. No more than 20% of your daily calorie intake should be from fat of any kind, especially if you are trying to lose weight.

The Truth About Carbohydrates In Food

: Whether you're trying to lose weight or just want to eat healthier, you may be confused by the news you're hearing about carbohydrates. With so much attention focused on protein diets, there's been a consumer backlash against carbohydrates. As a result, many people misunderstand the role that carbohydrates play in a healthy diet. Carbohydrates aren't all good or all bad. Some kinds promote health while others, when eaten often and in large quantities, may increase the risk for diabetes and coronary heart disease. What are carbohydrates? Carbohydrates come from a wide array of foods bread, fruit, vegetables, rice, beans, milk, popcorn, potatoes, cookies, spaghetti, corn, and cherry pie. They also come in a variety of forms. The most common and abundant ones are sugars, fibers, and starches. The basic building blocks of all carbohydrates are sugar molecules.

The digestive system handles all carbohydrates in much the same way it breaks them down (or tries to break them down) into single sugar molecules, since only these are small enough to absorb into the bloodstream. It also converts most digestible carbohydrates into glucose (also known as blood sugar), because cells are designed to use this as a universal energy source. This is why carbohydrates can make us feel energetic.

Carbohydrates fuel our body. Your body stores glucose reserves in the muscles in the form of glycogen ready to be used when we exert ourselves.

Carbohydrates are the highest octane the most desirable fuel source for your body's energy requirements. If you don't have an adequate source of carbohydrate your body may scavenge from dietary protein and fat to supply glucose. The problem is when you've depleted your stores of glycogen (stored glucose in muscle and lean tissue) your body turns to burning muscles or organs (lean muscle tissue) and dietary protein or fat to provide blood glucose to supply energy needs.

When this happens, your basal metabolic rate drops because you have less lean muscle tissue burning calories and your body thinks its starving and cuts back on energy requirements. So you should continue to eat carbohydrates discriminately selecting those which have the greatest health benefits. The carbohydrates you consume should come from carbohydrate rich foods that are close to the form that occurs in nature.

The closer the carbohydrate food is as Mother Nature intended, the greater the density of other vital nutrients. If you are looking for health enhancing sources of carbohydrates you should choose from: Fruit: rich in fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, potassium and often vitamin E. Vegetables: fiber, protein, vitamin A, vitamin C, often vitamin E, potassium and a wider variety of minerals than fruit. Whole grains and grain foods: rich in fiber, protein, and some B vitamins and are very rich in minerals. Legumes: an excellent source of protein, fiber folate, potassium, iron and several minerals. Dairy foods: protein, vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, riboflavin, and vitamin B12. You can also source carbohydrates from processed foods such as soda pop or soft drinks, snacks such as cookies and chips, and alcohol. These generally are considered to be a poor food choice and should be consumed rarely. The carbohydrate source (sugar and flour) in these food choices has been highly refined processed. A diet rich in refined carbohydrates and processed foods has been associated with heart disease and onset of type 2 diabetes. Why are these sources of carbohydrates to be avoided? 1. They are calorie dense and contribute a large number of calories in a small amount of food. For example a 7oz bag of potato chips or corn chips have approximately 1000 calories.

Most women on a weight management program will be aiming for 1200 daily calorific intake. So, this is what we mean by calorie dense and nutritionally scarce. 2. They offer little appetite holding power because they have no fiber or protein. As a result you end up searching for food again soon after your first serve. 3. They contribute nothing to your nutritional profile except calories. This means you have fewer calories left for foods that your body requires for good health.

Whenever possible, replace highly processed grains, cereals, and sugars with minimally processed whole grain products and ensure you have at least five serves of fruit and vegetables daily. Rather than cut out carbs completely for a very short term gain (usually weight loss), there are greater long term health benefits in learning how to distinguish good carbs over bad carbs and incorporating healthy carbohydrates into your weight loss program.

    Twenty 20 World Cup

No one knows for sure whether twenty 20 cricket has come to stay, whether it will flourish like one day cricket and force test cricket and one day cricket to take the back seat. No body knows either what will be the capacity of a batsman or a bowler in terms of scoring runs or taking wickets in this form of cricket? Will a batsman will be soon able to score century – a feat which till now has eluded the world’s greatest present day batters in international level in this form of cricket? Will it be in this world cup itself which kicks off in south Africa today? The highest individual score by a batsman in an international match of this form of cricket till date is 98 not out, which was been recorded by the Australian captain Rickey Ponting in 2005 against new Zealand at Auckland. The second highest individual score also belongs to an Australian – 96 by Damien Martyn. In India, cricket lovers are keeping their fingers crossed over the question of India’s chances in this first twenty 20 world cup. India’s interest in this form of cricket has been Luke warm so far. While most of the international teams have already played quite a few number of such matches among themselves, India can boast of having played only one international match so far and that too more than 9 months ago. Even Kenya and Bangladesh have played more such matches. It is to India’s credit that although inexperienced, they recorded an emphatic 6 wickets victory over South Africa Africa in the former’s debut match! But time has changed since then. Indian twenty 20 world cup squad has got rid of the triumvirate of Sachin, Saurav and Rahul. India’s all knowing cricket administrators have come up with the novel idea that twenty 20 cricket is all about young guns. There is no place for the so called “over aged” players like the said triumvir. It must be mentioned here that the 3 musketeers, themselves called it quits before anybody could raise any doubt over their ability to perform in this type of “instant cricket”. The “new look” Indian team which will participate in the September 11 24 showpiece, will also be without the names like Zahir Khan, Munaf Patil, Ramesh power. The mercurial Mahendra Singh Dhoni will lead the team with the dashing Yuvraj Singh as his deputy. Other known faces of the Indian team which will be seen in the T 20 world cup are Virendra Singh Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan, Gautam Gambhir, Robin Uthappa, Dinesh Kartic, Ajit Agarkar, Piyush Chawala, S. Sreesanth and Joginder Sharma. Rohit Sharma of Mumbai and Irfan’s brother Yusuf will complete the 15 member squad. As is clear from the list of the players, the Indian team will be one of the most under prepared ones to participate in this world cup. The players had hardly any opportunity to adjust themselves in the format of T 20 cricket. More than half of the 15 member squad was busy playing test and one day cricket in England till recently, 8th September 2007 to be exact. There is a fear that these players might already be very tired and jaded as there already away from their home for over a couple of months. Meanwhile, millions of fans of the Indian team, will be waiting with their baited breath to know how this young Indian team fares in the championship. India are slated to play Scotland [13 September] and Pakistan[14 September] in the group league stage. Pakistani captain has already aired his opinion that his team is well poised to beat India. There is a feeling that unless there is some very big upset, India and Pakistan should move to the super 8 round from there group. In all 12 teams are participating in this tournament. The teams include 10 test playing nations viz Australia, England, south Africa, West Indies, New Zealand, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Banladesh and Zimbabwe and two associate members Kenya and Scotland. For some of the players of the India team, the tournament will be a great opportunity to rehabilitate themselves in the Indian test or one day squads. This is very true with test discards – Virendra Sehwag, Irfan Pathan and Harbhajan Singh. The tournament also opens up opportunities for all rounders like Yusuf Pathan and Joginder Sharma. The Indian test and one day teams will soon be in the re building process and Gautam Gambhir, robin Uthappa, Dinesh Kartik who are already in the Indian team, should use this T 20 world up championship to cement their places in the national squad for the bigger versions of the game.

This procedure will help you in determining whether the cosmetic plastic surgery will change your appearance to a form that fits you better. After this point, you will be able to schedule a time for the cosmetic surgeon to make the operation. This can sometimes be up to a month or two in advance, depending on the schedule of both you and the cosmetic surgeon. In between the first visit and the surgery, you can make the proper preparations in order to make sure that you are ready to get the changes done. Being prepared for the evaluations will help you to walk into the surgeon’s office and know what to expect from them. This will help you in moving forward to get the cosmetic plastic surgery done.

A Guide To Tropical Wall Murals

Popular tropical wall murals create the illusion of paradise in your home. They can bring sunshine and warmth into a room with no windows or help stave off the winter blues. You can incorporate a tropical scene into your room by painting windows framing a white sanded tropical beach. You can paint a giant palm tree growing from you floor, with colorful parrots perched in the trees. You can have a sea and water theme, with sandy beaches painted near your ceiling, and water filled with beautifully bright tropical fishes below. Tropical wall murals can be difficult to lay out and paint because, to make the scene look lifelike, you’ll need to use perspective and complex coloring to capture light and shadow. To start easy, you can incorporate small tropical elements throughout the room, like small fish darting out from behind a couch, a palm tree in the stretching on one wall with colorful butterflies flying around it. You could buy a tropical print, hang it above your couch, and then paint crisp white shutters around the print so that you now have a fantastic view of the beach from your living room. Online retailers sell various tropical wall mural stencil kits. They send you a stencil you trace to transfer to your wall, and then you paint by numbers. These kits cost between $40 and $150. Most professional mural painters have done tropical wall murals. Commissioning an artist to paint your tropical mural will save you time, but not money. Depending on the size and complexity of the mural, you can expect to pay between $30 and $100 per square foot of the mural.
