    Tips For Avoiding Foreclosure

No one wants to experience a foreclosure on their home and it likely that they work hard to avoid it. It is unlikely that anyone takes out a mortgage with the clear intent to not make the payments and have a lender foreclose on the home. Sometimes things happen in life and makes missing a mortgage payment or a few of them unavoidable. There are many reasons that this could happen, such as loss of employment, family death, illness or injury. Any number of these or any combined could lead in devastation for the person as well as a financial downfall. No, you do not want to have the lender foreclose on your home the lender does not either. A lender makes their money by the interest you are required to pay with your mortgage, if they are forced to foreclose on your home, they will not receive the interest. Therefore, many lenders will be absolutely willing to listen to your circumstances and work with you in order to prevent foreclosing on the home. It is imperative that you be able to talk with your lender and let them know what is happening, and that you are having issues right away. If you neglect to tell them and let your mortgage fall seriously behind you will lose any credibility or trust with the lender and could hurt your chances in avoiding foreclosure. There is not much time to contact the lender, within sixteen days of being late, they will call you up and ask you what is going on and want a payment. After a month of being late, they will begin to call more frequently, if after 90 days you still have no made some sort arrangements or have paid the past due amount, you will be facing foreclosure procedures. If you put a little faith in your lender and simply talk to them and ask for options, you may find there are a variety of options available to you. For example, if you have an accident that temporarily set you back, the lender may allow you to make up the missed payments over a period of time. A lender that is more flexible may take things into consideration and rework your entire loan that could lessen the payments you are required to make monthly, even reduce the amount of interest as well. Finding out is as simple asking your lender and working with them.

Securing A Credit Card When You Have Bad Credit

Having bad credit can make getting a credit card difficult, but the situation is not impossible. If you need or want a credit card but are worried that your poor credit history will stop you, then you perhaps you need some advice about how to get a credit card even with poor credit. If you follow these steps then you will have a much better chance of getting a credit card: Retail store cards If you have poor credit then the best place to start applying for credit cards is at small retail stores. These companies are more likely to give you a chance, although their rates are usually much higher and your credit limit will be low. If your application is approved, then buy something small each month and then pay off the bill. This will show other credit card companies that you are able to handle credit and pay your bills. Go to your bank After you have had a store card for some time, you can apply for a card at your bank. If you have been with your bank a long time and you have performed well with them, then they might be able to help you out. Secured cards If you are unable to get a bank or store card, then try and get a secured card. This involves putting down a deposit that is held by the lender whilst you use the card. This collateral takes away some of the risk for the lender and you are much more likely to be approved for this type of card. If you pay your bills then eventually you can upgrade to a regular unsecured card. Co signing If you are still having problems, then get a friend or family member with good credit to co sign for the card with you, as their credit will count towards the application. Remember that if you cannot pay the bill they will have to, so be sure you can pay back anything you spend or you will not only damage your credit but someone else’s as well. Avoid annual fees Even if you are desperate for a card, avoid getting a credit card with an annual fee. There are plenty of cards that do not charge fees, and even if the interest rate is higher you will be better off. Also, stick to well known card types like Visa and MasterCard as they are widely accepted. This will help you to make the most of the credit you have. Using your card Once you have a card, remember that you can use it to your advantage rather than putting yourself into debt. Only spend what you can pay back easily, and if possible pay back the whole balance each month so that you avoid paying interest. If you pay off your bills well then your credit rating will improve quickly and you can get better terms and a higher credit limit.

South Park Season 3 Dvd Review

South Park, an original comedy series by cable channel Comedy Central, mostly chronicles the lives of four elementary school kids Cartman (an overweight and sarcastic only child), Kyle (who daydreams of killing off his baby brother Ike), Stan (who vomits when seeing a girl he likes), and Kenny (who somehow dies in each episode). All four attend South Park Elementary School under the direction of third grade teacher Mr. Garrison who educates them via use of "Mr. Hat," a handmade handpuppet. Meanwhile, cafeteria worker "Chef" McElroy (Isaac Hayes) freely gives his advice on love matters while periodically belting out love songs. Home to innumerable oddball characters, South Park is a hilarious setting for many adventures... The South Park (Season 3) DVD features a number of hilarious episodes including the season premiere "Rainforest Schmainforest" in which the boys are forced to join the "Getting Gay with Kids" choir as punishment for their bad classroom behavior. When the choir takes an adventurous tour of the rain forest in which they almost get eaten by snakes, shot by rebel guerrillas, sacrificed by native cannibals, and sunk in quick sand, they decide the rainforest sucks… Other notable episodes from Season 3 include "Spontaneous Combustion" in which the townsfolk of South Park start spontaneously combusting because they are holding in their farts. When they start farting, the massive release facilitates the greater problem of global warming… And "Sexual Harassment Panda" in which Kyle's dad goes on a litigious rampage in the aftermath of the boys' public service message courtesy of the Sexual Harassment Panda (who then agrees to become Petey "The Don't Sue People" Panda)… Below is a list of episodes included on the South Park (Season 3) DVD: Episode 32 (Rainforest Schmainforest) Air Date: 04 07 1999 Episode 33 (Spontaneous Combustion) Air Date: 04 14 1999 Episode 34 (The Succubus) Air Date: 04 21 1999 Episode 35 (Jakovasaurs) Air Date: 06 16 1999 Episode 36 (Tweek vs. Craig) Air Date: 06 23 1999 Episode 37 (Sexual Harassment Panda) Air Date: 07 07 1999 Episode 38 (Cat Orgy) Air Date: 07 14 1999 Episode 39 (Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub) Air Date: 07 21 1999 Episode 40 (Jewbilee) Air Date: 07 28 1999 Episode 41 (Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery) Air Date: 10 27 1999 Episode 42 (Chinpokomon) Air Date: 11 03 1999 Episode 43 (Hooked on Monkey Fonics) Air Date: 11 10 1999 Episode 44 (Starvin' Marvin in Space!) Home Business Scams Tips On Avoiding Them

Maybe the reason you're interested in setting up a home business is because you've seen an ad that perked your interest or you were approached by a friend or colleague about a great home business money making opportunity and those entrepreneurial juices started to flow. Your imagination starts to flow and dreams of quitting your job fill your every thought. Hello, hey, ok... time to stop dreaming. I hate to burst your bubble or stop your fantasy ride but before you give your boss a piece of your mind there's a few things you need to consider. First, you need to realize that probably 99% of all home business / work from home offers out there are flat out scams. After all, if it was that easy to pay a few dollars and make thousands, wouldn't everyone be doing it by now and why tell you about it? Below I've listed and briefly discussed how to recognize and avoid a few of the biggest scams out there. Location… Location… Location Check out every offer and assume it's a scam until you have iron clad proof that it's not. A few things to consider are: Where did you see that work from home offer? If you got it by traditional mail or by email or saw it on a poster taped around a telephone pole, then I can guarantee you right now that it's not a legitimate offer. On the other hand, if you saw the ad in a newspaper, in a jobs magazine or on a jobs website, then it's a little more likely to be legit but not necessarily. Envelope Stuffing Will this scam ever end? Well, not until people stop falling for it. This is the most established work from home scam of all time and it's been going on for what seems like forever now. How it works is that once you pay your money and sign up to work from home, you are sent a set of envelopes and ads just like the one you responded to. The whole idea is to simply get names of people who are interested in home business ops and get a quick buck. You could make a little money if you mail to the right mailing list but don't count it. Work from home offers like this are simply illegal pyramid schemes. You will not make money putting letters into envelopes so get over it and move on! Shoddy Supplies The practice of charging for supplies is hard to pin down to any one scam it's a common most work at home scams work (including the envelope stuffing scam mentioned above). You'll be asked to make a minimal "investment" for whatever materials will be needed to do the work and then you'll receive a collection of very shoddy materials that are worth a fraction of what you paid for them and last but not least you'll soon realize that there was never a market for work anyway. Don't walk run… if anyone asks for money upfront. Any company worth it's salt would be willing to deduct any "fees" from your first paycheck. Any company not willing to do that, is in all likely hood simply out to scam you into giving them some upfront money and then as the saying goes… "leaving dodge" as quickly as possible. Working for Free This variation on the scam is common with crafts. You might be asked to work from home making clothes, ornaments or toys. Everything appears to be legitimate you received materials without paying any money and you're doing the work. Unfortunately for you, when you send the work back, the company will tell you that it didn't meet their "quality standards" and will refuse to pay you. They will then sell what you've provided and move on to the next sucker. Never do craft type work from home unless you're selling the items yourself. Remember, you don't need to restrict your sales to consumers only… you could also be selling to wholesalers. The bottom line is this, you need to be the one deciding what you make and then collect the money yourself. Medical Billing, Typing From Home and More Many work from home scams involve persuading you that some industry has more work to do than it can handle and so it has to outsource to people like you, working from home. For example, you might be told that you'll be typing legal documents or entering medical bills into an electronic database. These scams have one thing in common they all say that all you need is a computer and they go on to explain that all you need to do to make big bucks is to buy some "special software". The software is package so it appears to be from a completely unrelated company, but don't be fooled the whole purpose behind this so called opportunity is to simply sell you the over priced and worthless software. And of course, once you open and load the software on your computer you will never get your money back because that's how all software guarantees work. Once you break the seal you own it. Starting your own home based business is a dream that millions of people have and it's a legitimate and worthy endeavor. Unfortunately, the crooks out there know this and they play on these desires and so you need to be very cautious. And remember, starting a home business that involves "working" for another company isn't the best idea even if they offer a completely legitimate opportunity. The reason is because even if they do pay you for your work, you still won't earn anywhere near the income could if you were to start a home based business where you created your own product or service. So why even bother with these outside companies at all?

What Is E85 Ethanol And How Is It Made

With gasoline prices rising higher and higher, with no relief in sight, consumers are becoming more aware of and more interested in alternative fuel sources. One of those viable fuel sources is E85 ethanol. These days, there is quite a bit of talk about this fuel, and why shouldn’t there be? After all, it costs close to thirty five percent less than gasoline and is quickly becoming a preferred choice for motorists at the pump stations. E85 ethanol is already widely used in Brazil with about 90 percent of Brazil’s vehicles able to use E85 ethanol. Although a much lower percentage of vehicles in the United State’s are flexible fuel vehicles, and therefore able to burn E85 ethanol, it is quickly gainer favor. What is E 85 Ethanol? When 15 percent of leaded gasoline is combined with eighty five percent of ethanol, the result is the low cost E85 ethanol fuel. It is an alcohol based fuel that can be produced from employing the use of two methods. The first source of production involves the fermenting and distilling of starch like feedstock. They include corn, barley, and wheat. The next method, which is referred as bio ethanol, involves extraction from trees and grasses. Although the price of the Ethanol E85 may be foremost on consumer’s minds, it also gets the nod from earth activists because it is an environmentally friendly product. It burns clean and its key ingredient source is renewable. Ethanol E85 also lessens the need for imported crude oil because it is locally produced, and is also known for increasing the octane rating in fuel while decreasing the harmful emissions caused by gasoline. If you are consciously trying to use less gasoline because you are aware of toxins it releases into our air think about this: if you convert to a flexible fuel vehicle and you burn E85 in that vehicle you will automatically be using 85 percent less gasoline that you previously had because 85 percent of your fuel is now ethanol and only 15 percent is gasoline. Ethanol E85 will run well in flexible fuel vehicles like those manufactured by Daimler Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Isuzu and Nissan to name a few. But, if you don’t own a vehicle by one of the above mentioned manufacturers, you need not fear. Some people are not aware that many other cars manufactured today are Ethanol E85 compatible. It is best to find out from your car dealer if you have a flexible fuel vehicle. How is E85 Ethanol Made? The method for producing Ethanol E85 is long and complex. The maker has to first extract sugar from biological feedstock in order to begin the process. Corn is the leading ingredient in Ethanol E85 gas in the United States. In Brazil, sugar cane is the leading ingredient in ethanol. The starch in these crops can easily be converted into sugar. Sugar for this fuel can also be extracted from cellulose, which is a sugar based ingredient found in trees and grasses. Once the feedstock is collected, it goes through a grinding process to extract the sugar. Sugar fed into microbes quickly produces ethanol and carbon dioxide, which is purified to get the ethanol to the right consistency. There is another method of manufacturing Ethanol E85 oil or grain alcohol, as it is also known, and this is through a wet milling process. This is also the method that large scale manufacturers use when producing high fructose corn sweetener. Ethanol E85 is an innovative and renewable resource with many positive characteristics, making it one of the leading topics of discussion for those looking to help the earth and looking to keep a few extra bucks in their wallet. Although E85 is currently only available at approximately 600 pumps in the United States, that number is expected to grow significantly in the next few years.

    Dog Kennel Basics

Whatever dog you have, he or she will sure appreciate having their own private space, just like us humans, dogs are territorial and always love to have a place to call their own. A dog kennel is the perfect opportunity to provide your dog with its own house and you with your own space... Every dog owner is faced with the same dilemma, to keep the dogs in the house with the family or to think about a dog kennel that will serve the dogs as an outdoor home of their own. The advantages of a dog kennel are numerous and not surprisingly many find that a dog that has his own space is sometimes much more relaxed and happy. The dog kennel option also decreases some conflicts in the home since sometimes some family members are not too excited about having a dog indoors. A dog kennel fence is an essential instrument for anyone who owns a pet dog. Not only does a kennel fence allow you to put your dog somewhere where he has more space to roam and play, but it also keeps him from tearing up your furniture—or wandering into someone else's yard. Whether there are unwanted dogs roaming around in your neighborhood—or whether you simply want to keep your dog safe fences are required to prevent then in entering and damaging any kind of land or property you have. A dog kennel fence is a great idea for some dog owners and the dogs as well, but you should seriously think about the fence and the way it is going to positively affect your life, you will need to think about your dog too, does he need a lot of space? Should the be a covered area and a place for the dog to isolate itself from the exterior environment?. Once you decide to setup a dog kennel fence, you should take into consideration your dog's size and personality. Obviously, the larger your dog chain link dog kennel is, the larger you will want the fence to be—and the more space you will want him to have to roam. The next thing to think about is the main purpose of the dog kennel, is it for you to have better control over your dog? Is it to keep your dog from running away (as many dogs do), or to keep it from causing damage and harm to people or things in the vicinity?. Dog kennel fences are available in many forms so you can many different options for the dog kennel setup, dog kennel materials can be made of metal, wire, and even electronic (but I don’t personally recommend it at all). Each owner can select suitable fencing according to his and his dog's needs. When making this decision, it is important to consider whether you are fencing your dog in or keeping other things from entering the cage. For instance, if your primary concern is preventing your dog from getting away, you may want to use a high dog kennel fence with a top and with a lock on the door. In contrast, if your primary concern is keeping other animals out, such as raccoons or other dogs, you may want to put up a double fence or an electric fence outside of the kennel.

Air Ambulances Help When You Need It Most

If you or one of your party are taken ill abroad or hundreds of miles from a city your insurance will pay for you to travel by air ambulance. The other main use for these aircraft is to repatriate the remains of loved ones who have died abroad. Air ambulances come in two varieties, helicopters and fixed wing. Helicopter air ambulances usually carry emergency medical teams to the scene of an accident. They are extremely useful in rural and city situations. Fixed wing air ambulances can be divided into two types again; short haul and long haul. Short haul air ambulances are often single or twin engined, propeller driven aircraft that can land on a road near to the accident. They travel faster than a helicopter and are cheaper to run. Fixed wing aircraft can also fly in conditions that would ground a helicopter ambulance. These are used in rural counties in US and Australia.. The air ambulance service in these situations is no luxury, it is essential if lives are to be saved. Long haul air ambulances are usually business jets. These are used where patients are to be transported over transcontinental and transatlantic distances. They are quicker and more comfortable over these longer distances. If a person has died abroad relatives will often use an air ambulance to repatriate the remains quickly and with respect. Helicopter ambulances are in use in most city and remote areas in Europe, North America and Australasia. Their usefulness in rural areas is obvious, allowing emergency medical personnel to reach the scene of walking, shooting or climbing accidents in the shortest possible time. Helicopters are usually small, so only carry the most basic resuscitation equipment. The EMT crew will attempt to stabilize the patient enough to allow safe transfer to a hospital. In the city helicopter ambulances can dodge traffic and can land on the road near to traffic accidents.

How To Quickly Build Your Feedback On Ebay

The Fast Way To Become A Trusted eBay Seller If you’re just starting out selling on eBay, you may find it tough to sell your products are decent prices, especially if you’re selling high priced items like electronics. The problem is that when you’re a new seller is that you lack feedback, and a low or nonexistent feedback score is a red flag to any buyer that you might be a crook trying to scam them. To make the problem even worse, there are some features that you can’t use on eBay until you get enough feedback. So what’s a person to do? Well, if you’re serious about selling on eBay, then you’ll embark on what I like to call a Fast Feedback Campaign. You’re going to want to budget about $50 $100 to start buying small items, like $.99 reports, CDs, or other low priced items. Try to buy at least 20 different items, and try to find items that you can either resell (even if you lose money on it – that’s okay), or buy cheap reports that teach you how to make more money on eBay. Make sure that you pay promptly for everything. Within just a few days, you’ll have built your feedback score up from nearly nothing to just a small but less suspicious looking number. However, you’re still not out of the woods yet. After all, some savvy buyers will notice that all your feedback is from buying items, not selling, so they might still be suspicious of you and will be reluctant to trust you. Your next step is to start selling items, but don’t start out with high priced items. If you can get your hands on cheap items that you can sell on eBay (try to at least break even, but a small loss is okay – this is still feedback building), such as CDs or books, do it and start selling cheap items on eBay. Sell these items as quickly as possible so that you can get your feedback built up. Once you have your feedback score up above fifty (you’ll need to sell more than fifty items to get to this number as not all buyers leave feedback), and when people look at your feedback, they see that you already have satisfied customers, they won’t be reluctant to purchase from you anymore. If you’ve done a really good job of pleasing your customers, you may make it more likely that your customers will purchase from you than someone who has a higher feedback score but also has some negative remarks in their score. Remember that good feedback becomes especially important the higher the cost of your items. People are far more likely to take a chance buying a DVD for $10 from a low feedback seller than they are to buy a $1300 video camera. Keep these tips in mind and you’ll have not trouble building up trust with your potential customers right from the start.

Pinatas are a common sight at parties where especially kids are invited. Making pinata is easy and all you need is a sturdy balloon (bigger the better), a big 8 10 inches dia PVC bowl, a cardboard sheet, glue tape, pile of old newspapers, the papier mache paste (mix a half cup flour with 2 cups water in a bowl add the paste to boiling water and let the mixture come to boil again. Add little sugar allow to cool. The paste gets thickened with cooling), and paints for adding color and thread or PVC string. Fill in the balloon with air and tightly knot it. Tear the old newspapers as streams of 1 foot long and 1 inch broad strips and pour the papier mache paste on to the cut papers. Stick this mixture to the balloon and paste as layers on the balloon. Tie thread or string around it to make it strong and add another layer of mixture and give time to dry. Repeat till the structure becomes sturdy, after ensuring this make a small opening at the top such that it can be closed again. Now you can add colors and draw figures. Give detailing to the structures with paints. Add chips or color papers or beads or just about anything to make it attractive. Finally you add streamers of glazed paper run down from the balloon. After it is dry inside fill the pinata with child friendly goodies and then close the opening with a cellophane tape. Watch tiny tots reach for it and the sight will remain fresh even after the party.
