8 Danger Signals To Foretell You Are On The Debt Road

Danger signal 1 Your credit card expenses increase while your income is the same or decreasing. When this happens stop using your cards and manage on whatever cash you have available. Stop when the cash is finished unless there is a great emergency – do not take out the cards. Diminishing income will suffer greatly if the bills of the credit card are added to it; get away from card shopping till your income stabilizes. Danger signal 2 You are unable to pay more than your minimum balance on the card debts; this is when it should be obvious that cash problem has started; this is the time when you should leave the credit cards and try to pay off all your outstanding by wise financial management. Danger signal 3 You find yourself borrowing on one card to pay on another. This is the message that you are entering unmanageable debt – so take charge and control all unnecessary expenses right away. Try to pay off the debt of one card and use only one card – that also only in acute emergency. Danger signal 4 You observe that you have more than 5 6 credit cards. Ideally, you should not have or use more than two credit cards. There are many who advocate the use of only one card while – if you have more – you can keep the rest locked for any emergency. When you have too many operational cards, you can very easily over spend and find yourself in a financial mess. Danger signal 5 You are finding that you are using your credit more and more for emergency payments – and the emergency payments include grocery bills. The moment you include in the emergency payment list ordinary purchases, you should understand that something is seriously. Danger signal 6 Your credit card payments keep you working overtime – if you observe that you do not have sufficient funds to cover your credit card payments – that means you are extending your income to your credit card limits – this is a definitely a danger signal. Danger signal 7 You are at limit of all your credit cards. When you find yourself to have topped the limits of your credit cards – this obviously shows you that your income is not sufficient to take care of your expenses – and or you are spending too much. Danger signal 8 You are gambling and paying the debts with the credit cards. Never ever pay your gambling debts with the credit cards because this will really create an egg and chicken vicious circle from where you will never get out.

    Bwb Basketball Basics Offense

OFFENSIVE BASKETBALL: HOW EACH PLAYER PLAYS Basketball is a rough sport but people who regularly play the sport make it really fun to watch, not to mention very easy. If one looks a little bit closer, it has also technicalities and techniques. The object the game is to keep the ball in possession and score at the team’s basket. If the team has the basketball they should protect it from the opponent so that they won't be able to steal it from them. This is called offense; the team who possesses the ball tries to keep the ball in their hands before they shoot and score. Different players of the team have differences in the roles that they play during offense. The Point Guard acts as the coach on the floor or court during the game. Extensive knowledge of the game and good ball handling skills are very important to be able to drive the ball to the basket with the help of the other members of the team. Good passing and dribbling skills together with great speed and fancy footwork is a technique that can be done by the point guard to keep the ball in possession and be successful in offensive play. Reading the defense of the opponent plus doing good defense can also be applied so the point guard can penetrate and dish off and drive the ball to the basket. Point Guards take little credit for the good offensive play however; they are valued by the other members of the team and the coach for they are the only ones who can understand the importance of the point guard. The Off Guard or the shooting guard acts as the best shooter among the guards of team. In addition to the qualities of the point guard, skills in moving without the ball and consistent hitting the 15 to 20 foot shot should be possessed. This player’s aim is to score and assists his teammates to score. This player should read the offense play the point guard has established because this player will replace the point guard if the point guard is overplayed or has to leave the game. This player then also acts as the understudy of offense. The Center plays the mean tallest player on the floor or court and is as important as the point guard. This player should be quick and aggressive because this player rebounds to get the ball in the team’s possession and blocks the ball from shooting at the basket. Shooting skills required for this player are shooting at short and mid range, lay ups, short hooks and jump shots and therefore strong hands, strong upper body and good jumping ability comes in handy. This player leads the team’s defense by reading the opponent’s defense and using it against the opponent. Upon taking the ball in the team’s possession, this player needs to look at the floor, see who is open and pass it so the ball can be taken to the team’s basket and score. The Small Forward acts as the gifted player of the team. This player should know how to take hold of the ball and of the game. This player runs the length of the floor if needed especially during fast breaks so this player should be quick and fast. Rebounding skills is also necessary for him to take hold of the ball and in doing so, this player does defense anywhere on the floor. This player shoots at will and should be capable of shooting from anywhere on the court or floor. The Power Forward does the dirty work but is like the point guard, small forward and the center. This player should also have the qualities of the center because this player controls the game in the key along with the center, doing offensive and defensive rebounding. This player may run the length of the floor if necessary especially during fast breaks so running skills is a plus factor. Adequate scoring and passing skills would be of great help to this player. This player does dribbling tactics and drives the ball to shoot in the basket. This player ensures that the team play is enforced properly. The sixth man plays the all in one because this player replaces any member of the team on the court or floor if necessary. This player comes right out of the bench to ensure the right flow of the team play if the need comes to replace another player. This player observes the play and flow of the game so that this player can continue the game’s tempo and flow and deliver quality minutes to the team while he is on the court. This player may not be part of the starting five but this player keeps the team effective.

3 Things You Never Knew About Viral Marketing

Viral marketing has been used to "spread the word" for companies over the years. It is a great way to become well known and seen as an expert online. Here are three important aspects that should be taken into perspective. 1) Creativity This is one aspect a site must possess to lead the race in the gutless competition in the internet based business industry. With so much competition and rivalry going on, every method of marketing must be employed and utilized. It does not really matter if you have a killer product or a fantastically designed website. If people do not know that you exist, it will not matter; therefore you will make it big. Your business could end up dying due to lack of activity. While there are so many methods and schemes used by many websites today, there are still some of those that can help you with an extra boost in the popularity ratings. One of these is the method called viral marketing. 2) Viral Marketing Overview Viral marketing is a marketing technique used to build the public awareness of someone’s product or company. They use many forms of media to reach out to the public without actually promoting the product by riding on in other forms of addictive means that could get a person hooked and be obliged or amused to actually pass it on, with the product or company advertisement along with it. To be brief, companies ride on the idea that if people like the content of a media they will pass it on to others. They sponsor the certain media, such as a cool flashy hip game, funny video, or amusing story. One may pass on to another with the company brand or logo to help promote the company and its product. Viral marketing has become a popular means of advertising and marketing because they are relatively low cost. To avoid being tagged as spam mail, viral marketing counts on the eagerness of one person to pass on the product. Many companies even offer incentives such as discounts and rebates when they help in spreading their viral marketing campaign. They rely on the number of recipients a viral marketer gets from one person in determining the amount or number of incentive they can be attributed with. 3) Using Viral Marketing to your advantage The main and foremost advantage of viral marketing is that you get a lot of publicity and public awareness about your site and your company. You get to generate a flow of traffic containing many potential customers. With a little more detail, you can reach out to a great number of people and announce your existence. Almost all websites and companies are catching on to the power of viral marketing. If you do not use this method, it can likely destroy your business. Along with other schemes and methods in promoting your site viral marketing could easily push you ahead in the rating games. Stop wasting time and get started. Copyright 2007 Donald Mckenzie Jr

    Ancestry Searches 23

Ancestry Searches Everyone likes to know where they come from and the interest in family history has never been higher. The Internet has made it easier and quicker to conduct ancestry searches and there are numerous databases and information on how to go about it. Most people can go back so far in their family history by talking to grandparents and other relatives. Tracing the tree as far back as possible is time consuming but can be great fun. Basic facts emerge about our descendents, such as birthplace, birth dates and occupation. Details on dates and places of marriage, divorce or death will also be revealed. Ancestry searches are like jigsaw puzzles, a fascinating detective story that may take the searcher down some blind alleys. Children born out of wedlock can make the hunt for a surname more difficult. It can be daunting to start but there are lots of organizations that can point in the right direction and give advice. Lives have been well documented for hundreds of years with birth, marriage and death certificates. There are parish church records, wills and census records. Many genealogy addicts can be seen, notebook in hand, walking round old graveyards. Gravestones are a useful source of information, sometimes showing where a person died. No one knows what they are going to find when they embark on the labyrinth of ancestry searches. Ancestors may turn out to be paupers or wealthy landowners. Some people search in the hope of finding a noble birthright! A family that has a coat of arms attached to it will want to find out more about their roots. Celtic families of Scottish origin often try to trace members of their clan, to find other blood relatives. Some people do a one name search and find people with the same surname from different countries. Ancestry searches of this kind often lead to finding relatives. Others may do a one place search, especially if it involves a small village. For people who take family history up as a serious hobby, it is not enough to find out the raw facts. They also want to find out about the jobs, hobbies and military or political aspirations of their descendents. If someone has a particular skill, such as the ability to paint for example, it's interesting to find out if an ancestor has also shared this gift. Certain abilities may run through a whole lineage. There may also be skeletons that rattle in the cupboard, like a pirate or a robber!

    Mesothelioma My Medical Diagnosis

My name is Itzik Keidar and, I am coping, quite well with "Cancer" "medical diagnosis" and "treatments" (To me they are just words..!). It's been 12 years since I had a surgery to remove my type of Cancer and thank God‭... I'm Still Defeating It, All The Way‭!!!‬ Here is my story. 12 years ago, I had a Melanoma skin cancer. Melanoma is not as painful as Mesothelioma but it's certainly as wicked, and it had to be removed. After the surgery, my doctor informed me that I'll probably get the same cancer in 2 years, unless I'll visit the hospital every day for the next 3 years and get Interferon injections. I remember thinking to myself... "If I'll follow doctor's recommendations, it will make me be aware of the word "Cancer" every single day and would give it the power that this word doesn't deserve. I don't recommend you to do the same, but regardless of my wife's opinion, I took a decision, not only to reject the treatments, but also to ignore the periodical medical surveillances. Deep in my heart, I knew! That if God would decide to take my life then so be it... Today, 12 years later, I am ignoring, even, the word "cholesterol" and stick to my insight that Death is a part of life! Accepting this insight alone changed my entire life. To have the guts doing what I did, one must have a very strong belief. For me it was more then a belief, I Knew that every thing will be all right. : ; : ; : ; I think it is a really good thing that you are gaining information to make your decisions‭. Since my father died from Lung cancer‭,‬ I know how hard it is to cope with it without enough information available.‬ I believe‭, ‬that knowledge and information are a very important part in the process of defeating Mesothelioma‭ cancer or any other type of cancer. Understanding that you, or one in your family, are the one who, faced with Mesothelioma Diagnosis and that you have the right and the ability to make the decisions yourself, is foremost to keep in mind‭. Only you know what you are truly capable of‭ ! When you are asking for answers and you are feeling confused‭, ‬ come back here and ask. I am all here for you and I can point you to some good Mesothelioma resourses. ‬ You are not alone‭! Thank You, And Good Luck With Your Journey! Sincerely‭, Itzik Keidar‭

When A Parent Struggles With Fear And Anxiety

What do you do when you struggle with fear and anxiety and you have to maintain the family and kids? It can be tough but there are ways to manage your fears and take care of your family at the same time. Here are some techniques a parent can use to manage his or her anxiety. The first thing you should do is to get professional help. You owe it to your family and kids to get better. Getting the help you need to battle fear and anxiety is very important and will lead you to the road of recovery. Admitting that you have a problem and getting help is the first step in getting better. Remember that you are not alone. There are many people who deal with fear and anxiety and they too live normal lives. There is no reason why you can’t get through this. If other parents can manage their fears, so can you. You can do it. There is hope for you. When taking care of the family, do not try to manage everything all at once. Get your spouse or somebody else to help do some of the work. One person cannot do everything. Share your responsibilities with your spouse if you can. Also learn to communicate with your spouse about who does what on a certain day. Do not let your anxieties get the best of you. A technique that is very helpful is to have a list of positive statements that make you happy. Whenever you feel anxious and your taking care of the kids, get your list and read those statements. The next time you become overwhelmed with fear and anxiety, remember that there is hope in overcoming your anxieties and depression. With some help, you will be able to find the answers to your fears. You just have to be patient and determine to get better.

Is Your Home Business Stressing You Out

You want to start a home business; most people want to work at home for several reasons. What’s your reason? Are you tired of having that boss breathing down your neck? Are you looking for something that can bring in some additional income for you or your family? Are you traveling too much in your current position and want to do something new? Whatever the reason, you’ve made the decision. It may appear like the perfect opportunity, working your own hours and not having anyone tell you what to do. Let’s be honest, amidst all of this home business paradise, there will be some stress involved and if the stress begins to overtake the amount of fun you should be having while working at home, it may be time to step back to see what has gone wrong. One the most stressful aspects of running your own home based business is pay. Your pay may not be as you were used to when you were working for someone else. Having your own business doesn’t give you that weekly or bi weekly paycheck you are used to. You knew about how much to expect and when to expect it. If overtime was offered, it meant extra money and again, you knew when it would be given to you. Chances are there was also a health care plan you could join at a reasonable cost as well as retirement benefits. Paid vacations are another benefit usually enjoyed by employees and in some cases sick days and personal time. However, you made that life changing decision and decided you wanted your own home based business. When you are considering your home based business opportunity, you do need to realize that all of those things are going to go away. When you are working at home you are earning money and most times you will get paid once the job is turned in and approved. However, each week the amount of your check may be a little different. Sometimes it will be more, other times it could be less. If you are working with different companies, the income may come at different times and although all the different streams of income can add up to a tidy sum, there will be some stress involved if one or more of the streams is running a little slow. It will be a rare home business opportunity in which the pay is made on the same day of the week by all of the different clients or customers and until you learn to adjust to this new style of income schedule, it can be a stressful environment. Additionally, taking some of that pay every time you get it and socking it away for taxes can also put a strain on the family budget. However, if the right plans are not made it will make income tax time much more stressful than it needs to be. For most home based business opportunities, a regular, structured income can relieve a lot of the stress, but that is something you will have to design on your own. The income will come but not in one lump payment and getting used to it can take a few months of struggling until it finally sinks in. That’s ok, it happens to all of us. I started my first home based business when I was 23 years old, and I let the stress get to me. I wasn’t getting paid what I thought I was going to, and then decided to stop that business and went back to work for someone else. What I didn’t realize at 23 was that if I would have stayed positive and kept my focus my business would have continued to grow. I know this because there are successful people still running that business that kept their focus. I should have just taken some time off. One aspect many of us doing realize is that taking a day off is ok. Your business is not going anywhere, and taking time off can help you refocus. Take your mind off of your stress, work on your favorite hobby, or spend time with your family. Whatever it is, step away. You can then come back take a look at everything from the outside and reevaluate what you are doing. You’ll probably be surprised at what you find out.

Donate A Car To Your Charity

Making charitable contributions is a wonderful way to help out your fellow man, but it is also a good way to get some tax breaks. One really good method is to donate a car to charity. However, there are some things you will need to do in order to donate a car to charity and claim the donation on your tax returns. First of all, make sure the organization is qualified. You can do this by logging onto the IRS website to check for qualified charitable organizations. If the organization you donate a vehicle to is not qualified then you will not be able to claim the deduction. So you will want to check this out before you make your donation if making the deduction is important to you. Another question you will need answered before you donate your vehicle to charity is what will become of the vehicle? Will it be sold to make money for the charity or will the charity use it for transportation? Also, the car might be given to someone poor who needs transportation. Regardless of what the car will be used for, you have a right to ask the question and decide if you believe it is a charitable cause. If not, then you can look for another charitable institution that will use the vehicle in a means you approve of. Make sure you determine the fair market value of the vehicle in order to claim the donation on your taxes. You will not be able to simply claim the Blue Book value for your vehicle but will have to take into account the vehicle’s condition, and accessories you have added, and the like. There are several IRS and other guides that will help you come up with the fair market value of the vehicle. Make sure you follow any laws required by your state regarding donating vehicles to charity. More often than not laws require you to transfer the title to the charity, if at all possible, and do not leave license plates on the vehicle. This will eliminate liability issues as well. If after reading all the information on the IRS website and following these steps you still have questions regarding your charitable vehicle donation then you should contact the IRS directly in order to have your questions answered. It is better to have your questions answered before you make a donation than after, so be proactive. Donating a car to charity is a really good thing to do and it will help you out on your tax returns as well. Just be careful because there are charities that will tell you what you want to hear, which can cause problems for you when you try to claim your donation. Just make sure you have all questions answered by the IRS.

Keep Your Blood Sugar Level Under Control

Controlling blood sugar (glucose) levels is one of the most important aspects of diabetes management. It will make you feel better in the short term and it will help you to stay fit and healthy in the long term. The National Committee on Prevention Detection Evaluation, the chromium and many interesting articles. People who do not have diabetes keep their blood glucose levels within a narrow range for most of the time. The beta cells in the pancreas are able to produce just the right amount of insulin at the right time and they are constantly fine tuning the blood glucose level. People with diabetes do not have this fine control over their blood glucose levels. This might be because the beta cells have been destroyed and there is no insulin production at all, as in Type 1 diabetes. Alternatively, it may be that the body does not respond to the insulin and/or not enough insulin is produced when it is needed, as in Type 2 diabetes. The approach to managing Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes is slightly different, but whichever type of diabetes you have, you will still need to step in and take over that fine tuning of your blood glucose level. Controlling blood glucose levels is a bit like trying to lasso an unruly animal. Blood glucose is dynamic; it changes constantly and it is influenced by a host of factors including your choice of food, how much you eat, the timing of your medication or insulin, your emotions, illnesses, your weight, and your body's resistance to insulin. Some of these factors are relatively constant from day to day and are quite easily accounted for; some factors are more variable. No two days are ever exactly the same, or entirely predictable, and this makes it difficult. So, blood glucose is not easily lassoed. In practical terms, you will need to learn about those things that raise your blood glucose level and those things that lower your blood glucose level. Then you will need to balance these factors on a day to day and possibly even hour by hour basis. This means coordinating medication, food and activity levels, whilst making appropriate allowances for stress, illness or changes in your daily activities. You will be aiming to avoid the extreme highs and lows, trying to manipulate your blood glucose toward the normal range. You will be doing regular finger prick blood glucose tests and using these results to help balance those things that make your blood glucose rise with those that make it fall. When you have evened out your blood glucose level you will still need to keep an eye on it and continue to make adjustments. Controlling blood glucose is a continuous process and it will require your attention from now on, for the rest of your life. Don’t worry! It may sound daunting to you right now, but it will soon become second nature. People who do not have diabetes have blood glucose levels between 4 and 8 mmol/l for most of the time. In general, people with diabetes should try to aim for test results between 4 and 10 mmol/l most of the time. Some people – pregnant women, for example – will need to aim for tighter control. Other people – young children, the elderly, or those at risk of severe hypoglycemia, for example – will need to aim for higher levels. Your diabetes team will give you individual guidance on the blood glucose levels that you should be aiming for. In the short term, controlling blood glucose levels is important in order to avoid diabetic emergencies – very high or very low blood glucose levels. Both of these conditions are unpleasant and can be dangerous, so they should be avoided if at all possible. High blood glucose levels in Type 1 diabetes, if caused by a lack of insulin, can lead to a condition known as diabetic ketoacidosis or ‘DKA’ which can be fatal if it is not treated in time.

    Contact Lenses Without A Prescription

Contact Lenses Without A Prescription Even though you can get non prescription contacts, they aren’t meant to correct your vision. Known as plano, the most common type of non prescription contact lenses are the opaque color contact lenses. Even though they don’t require a prescription, those who want them need to consult with an optometrist first to ensure they get the right fit. Locally or on the Internet, you can find many different varieties of non prescription contact lenses available. You can find lenses that enhance the natural color of your eyes, lenses that enhance your look, and many others. There are also Halloween contact lenses as well, which are great for Halloween or other times when you want to look different. With non prescription contact lenses, you’ll have the choice of daily wear and disposable lenses. If you are looking to change colors on a frequent basis, disposable lenses may be your best choice. The best thing about disposable lenses is the fact that you don’t need to clean them at all, simply wear them during the day then take them out and discard them at night. If you are going to use the same color or the same pair of contacts for a while, you may want to go with daily wear lenses. Daily wear contact lenses will last you a lot longer than the disposable lenses, although they will need to be disinfected and cleaned on a regular basis. As long as you clean and disinfect them on a regular basis, they will last you for quite a while. Without the supervision of a doctor, may doctors don’t advise the use of non prescription contact lenses. Doctors will tell you that when they don’t monitor the fitting, usage of the contacts, and the overall effects, they may cause you serious problems and possibly even blindness. While a lot of people use non prescription contacts, few of them experience serious problems. When an individual buys non prescription contacts without going to see an optician, they tend to forget the fact that contacts aren’t for everyone. The amount of tears, shape of the eye, and need for correction varies from person to person. To get the right fit, you must consult an optician, as he will need to carefully examine you. Even though they may work great for some, non prescription lenses aren’t for everyone. Anytime you use them, you should be very carefully and take the necessary care for your lenses. If you are a diabetic, you’ll need to be very carefully, for the simple fact that eye infections will take a long time to heal. Even though you may not get an infection, there is always a small chance that it could happen. Therefore, you should always be carefully anytime you use these types of contacts. Writing In Exchange For Bread On The Table

Some people say that I have it all – I disagree. I constantly have to struggle with this love hate relationship I have with writing. I love reading, that’s for sure. And I love to write….about myself as and when I want to. But when I am required to write about something like….say….how to change the black oil in a car or how to pick the right motherboard for your computer….I have to literally drag myself to the computer and prompt my fingers to move. This is the relationship I have with writing. It’s because I make a living out of churning out articles after articles…sometimes completing up to 30 articles a day face to face with a deadly deadline….it is not such a heavenly life after all. It’s ironic that I spent a large part of my life looking for the right thing to do. Something that excites me and challenges me. Something that I WANT to do instead of being FORCED TO do. I hate being forced into doing something but this is sometimes called the ‘REAL WORLD’. Even when you love doing something and you start having people telling you HOW to write your articles, or books, it begins to lose its initial appeal. And yet, despite turning into a drudgery of kind, I continue to write. Writing is what I do best. Because my husband would turn to me in the dead of night, awakened by some kind of swearing and the tap tap tap of my keyboard, he shakes his head and says, “Gosh, you’re still writing? Why?” I hiss back. “Because I am paid to do this. Because I LOVE this. It’s my job. It’s my life. This is what I am being paid to do, you moron!” With a chuckle, knowing me, he turns his back on me and goes back to sleep. Smart ass! While over the years, many other opportunities came a knocking on my door and I wondered if I would do better if I did something else. Oh, I would still write but I will write my own stuff. My own novel. My own articles. My own blog. Whatever…my own diary. But no one else will ever get the chance to tell me how to write the things I write – NEVER!!! And yet, surprisingly, I turn my back on those opportunities because I know I love to write. Like I said. I write for a living and secretly love it. If I started selling insurance or doing real estate, it would be like…so superficial. So temporary. But when I write…I write well and I do it quickly, fast and very efficiently. And I sometimes feel proud of myself…although my fingers and eyes were throbbing like an earthquake waiting to happen. Writing is a passion. If you have a passion for writing, you’ll start writing passionately and whatever comes out is a masterpiece in its own right. Every single article that I’ve ever written, I am proud of them. I treat them like my little babies. I’ve lost count of the number of ‘babies’ I have today but all those articles that I have written, they are a part of me. And I have learnt how to write efficiently and quickly without sounding like a train running out of steam. Get going, get going, get going. Come on, go on with it, write, write, write. And then after you’ve completed the article, go back and dissect them and inject some botox into them. If you stick around the first few sentences and try to get it perfect right from the start, you’ll never complete the article. And with this secret (which is not a really a secret to begin with), I am now making my life as a writer. Do I still love writing after spending the last 7 years writing on topics that are completely dry and arid to me? Well….I love to hate it …and sometimes I hate to love it. I believe I will continue writing until I am lying on my deathbed….breathing my last few breaths….I can imagine myself saying, “Honey, get me my keyboard…I want to be buried with it.” Once a writer, always a writer. Evidence: I took a total of 3 mins 22 seconds to write this whole article.
